I stayed in Room #1 (double with queen-size bed and shared bathroom) in this recently renovated apartment located in a charming historical building, just a short walk from the old town. The location is excellent — I never had to use public transportation once! From the airport, take the train SKA1 and get off at the Main Station (Kraków Główny). The train ride is just 5 USD and takes 17 minutes, then walk 18'. Although my bathroom was shared with Room 2, the other guest was very respectful, and I barely noticed we were sharing. Room 3 has its own private bathroom, accessed from the hallway and reserved exclusively for its occupants. It was clear when I reserved on Booking that my room had a shared bathroom. Some reviews mention there is one bathroom for 5 rooms, but this is not the case. The room and shared areas were spotless, as were the towel sets provided at my arrival. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with Ms. Jolanta was easy and efficient. Room 1 was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with a queen bed, small TV, fan, and a radiating panel for the winter months. It also included a small kitchenette area with a microwave, cutlery, and a cutting board — though no stove or sink. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves or pay a 50 PLN cleaning fee, which wasn’t an issue for me as I ate out during my stay. Be aware that the rooms are on the third floor and there's no elevator. The shared bathroom appears to be a converted lavatory with a compact shower space — perfectly manageable for a short stay, but could be challenging to some. The apartment is located on a busy street, with a Żabka mini market across the road and a 24/7 Carrefour just a few steps away. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area at all times. The nearby park surrounding the old town is beautiful — clean, spacious, and perfect for walking, relaxing, or even exercising. Unbeatable value for the price.

Nothing! I would recommend to add a movement sensor also in the corridor leading to rooms 1-2 as it didn't light up when I was getting out of the room until I got halfway, where it meets the other corridor. I had to use my phone light to get out from my room during dark hours.

The property was really clean, smelt amazing and absolutely perfect for a weekend of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable (we struggled to get up!) and we were provided with lots of pillows, blankets and a heater if we got cold. The kitchenette in the room was basic and appreciated. We also had a little tv in the room, sofa and two seating options for eating in. Shared bathroom was spotless and shared with one other room so not a problem at all. We had no problem communicating with hosts, she prefers to message through the booking app and we used google translate to speak, which was absolutely no bother. She provided us with recommendations for the city and was very helpful when we (two very tired travellers) were struggling with the front door! Very central property and felt very safe. Other reviews have mentioned difficulties with getting access. We were sent clear instructions at check in time and had no issues following them whatsoever. Self check in system with key boxes and codes. Host is happy to answer questions anyway and was checking in on us to ensure we got inside ok and were happy with the facilities.

There is not a lift, three flights of stairs (not a problem for us but may be if you have accessibility needs).

good vfm. perfect location. there is no staff, they just send a message. they cleaned the toilets in the morning.

bed was a little small. maybe i found it that way cause it is made for couples and i went there with my buddy, I don't know. also I would like to add that there is a lot of noise cause it's the city's center and the windows are not even a little soundproof. other than that, all good.

This is great value for money. It is close to the city center and train station. It was clean.

1. I was disappointed there was no bed sheet, only mattress covers on bed. 2. The massage explaining how to get to the apartment, if you see so many people struggling why don’t you make it better? Just make 1 pdf fine, with step by step explanation and pictures. I will make overall satisfaction much higher. The instructions you send right now is ok, but yesterday, I myself saw how other guest could not figure them out. And i am sure detailed visual explanation would have helped😌

The location was perfect, close to the old town. The room was modern, The bed was comfortable. Understandable policy for the early check-in and convenient.

The doors to the bathroom are locked by the key. The key is not marked. Would be great to have it marked, otherwise there are 3 keys and all similar. Hard to find the right one 😅 When the window is opened, It is loud on the street.

The location is good, from there it is easy to access to the main train station Krakow Glowny. Shopping mall is near, also bakeries, shops,... The accommodation is excellent, everything was clean, it had all the necessities, the wi-fi was also good.

There were not elevators to the III floor, where the accommodation is, and there were a lot of stairs (for someone who is caring a lot of luggage, that can be problem).

Only a 10 minute walk to the old town, room was well equipped and comfy.

Quite a few steep stairs, bathroom is shared with another room and the guests in the other room took over an hour showering when I needed to use the toilet which was annoying.

The room was very clean and cozy, better than in the pictures. The heating was great, it wasn’t cold at all, the bathroom was clean too. Equipment was as described, location was great too. Great value for the money.

At first we didn’t know how to get inside the property but after a phone call we immediately received the instructions.

Quick to answer, and accommodated our request for extra towels!

It was perfect minus the bathroom always being a little cold, but we can’t fault you for that!

Smaller, but clean and fully equiped, even with suger, tea and coffee. I liked location between old town and main train station. Bakery on the street and local street market in 5 minutes.
