NO physical reception; it was difficult to reach a real person over phone as the entire system is automated VERY THIN walls; not very soundproof Room floor was carpeted and had a few stains (but clean other than that) It's nice that the room has a fridge, but it's very noisy during the night

I didn't have beakfast. No breakfast provided. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. It was very well located for the city centre. Excellent value for money.

The booking site did not make it clear that there would be no reception at the hotel. All done by e-mail and codes for entry. This could cause problems if for some reason you don't have internet access. It should be more clearly stated on the Booking.com site.

The location is exceptional - close to all venues, market, restaurants within walking distance, comfortable beds and clean, good shower - highly recommend.

The breakfast is actually provided by third party not by the hotel , you need to go to the restaurant with breakfast voucher and it’s only served between 8:00-10:30 so if you have early flight or want to go for local trips it often clashes with your plans. Usually trips for Auschwitz or Salt Mine the picking up time is from 7am- you won’t be able to use this service - we haven’t been given even lunch pack or returned money for unused paid breakfast. My advice is don’t chose breakfast option.

The location was amazing you only communicate with staff thru email but was always quick response there was kettle fridge etc in the room so perfect for family there was 3 adults in our room

The room was very cold couldn't get heating to work did email to say I tried to get it on we slept in jumpers and blocked up under windows and doors to try stop the draft but it was still extremely cold but the good points of location etc out weighed the bad maybe manual to show if heating etc not working would be helpful in the room

Room was bright and clean. Bathroom was modern and the shower was easy to use. Great central location with lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. 20 min walk to the castle and 5 min from the main square.

Breakfast restaurant wasn't on site or next door as advertised. The stairs were uneven and rickety. No staff on site to help with anything. Heating didn't work either.

Very close to train station, downtown, Kazimierz, Wawel, Sukiennice. We stayed in Old Town Residence second time because we love the rooms and location.

The internet connection was quite weak in my room. As I walked with my phone to identify the perfect place for catching a strong signal for an online call, I think it's better in other rooms.

Nice location right in the center. I read about noisy location. My windows were located on the street but I didn’t hear that much noise. It was acceptable for summer time.

Ground floor room , very quiet , modern & right in the heart of beautiful Krakow. Very easy access with easy to remember codes. I actually got a bargain rate that's partly why I'm rating this so highly.

The shower was good but it's a little small, it could easily have been 20 to 30cm wider as there's wasted space in the corner of the bathroom.

It's a perfect spot to see the city and enjoy the comforts of the center.

Separate beds and breakfast in other locations. It was an nconvenience but not a major mood killer.
