The facilities were of an exceptional standard and made for a very comfortable stay. The accessibility of simple amenities like the tea and coffee station are an excellent touch and for the price you'd be hard pressed to find a better stay in Hunstanton. The location in Old Hunstanton is fantastic. it's within walking distance of the Hunstanton sea front down the coastal path, allowing you to enjoy it while also managing to stay away from crowds if you wish. Vicky and Graham were fantastic hosts. They were communicative and helpful and always happy to answer any questions we had or provide excellent recommendations when we asked for them. All in all, we couldn't recommend Cliff Farmhouse enough. 10/10!!

We stayed in Wallis suite for a couple of nights in April. I would say that this is just about the best UK accommodation I have ever stayed in . The location is fabulous. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and the village is quaint and quiet. We were ever so lucky because the weather was fantastic, but even if it had been less sunny then it still would have been lovely. It is a short walk to the dunes and the wide sandy beach which goes on for miles. All the furniture in the suite is comfortable and it’s decorated with such style and finesse. Breakfast is lovely and the hosts were helpful and friendly. I would have no reservation recommending this accommodation for a luxury break. I hope we can return at some time soon.

Breakfast was lovely, well cooked. Location was excellent, not at all far from the main centre of Hunstanton and yet quiet and peaceful. Pub with good food virtually next door. The Wallis Suite was large and stunning, stylish, well thought out and comfortable with great facilities. It would be particularly nice to spend time in the vast garden during the Summer months.

The cooked breakfast shouldn't be at an extra charge, it sbould be inclusive, as is the case with the majority of B&B's. The uncooked offerings were rather meagre, there wasn't enough yogurt and compote for 2 people. The shower and bath water were far too hot and impossible to adjust.

The property was amazing. We had the garden view, Wallis suite. Clean, modern and great quiet location. 5 mins walk to Old Hunstanton lovely sandy beach and 20 mins into Hunstanton. We opted for continental breakfast too in our suite. Plenty to set us up for the day. The garden was great too. Early morning deer and a stag wandered past in the field out the back. The room was topped up with refreshments and table re-laid for breakfast the next day. Clean towels etc too and general service. private parking space off the road. Friendly hosts who checked to see if there was anything needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for a three night last minute break.

Can’t fault anything

Cosy yet spacious. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and everything had its rightful place. It felt like home from home. Everything had been considered. Everything was well looked after and maintained. Garden was really pleasant and peaceful. Cleanest property to have stayed at (ever!)

I cannot think of anything major. Just wish we had the entire B&B to ourselves (both up and down) as we were really considerate of noise being in the upper section of the property.

Ideal location for nearby places to eat and to walk to the beach. The suite was absolutely immaculate and furnished to a high standard with its own garden area. Tea and coffee making area with small fridge freezer and a selection of items for breakfast which are replenished daily, there is also a choice of a cooked breakfast. Vicki and Graham professionalism is second to none.

Breakfast was lovely, had toast & jam, my husband had cereal. We had a wonderful meal at Caley on Monday night. Graham welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Graham. The shower was wonderful and the beds were just great. Lovely outlook into the beautiful garden.

We found it strange to have to go to the bathroom to fill the kettle to make tea.

This was by far the biggest suite we have ever stayed in and was like a home from home. The bedroom was huge and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had everything you could want with a free standing bath and separate walk in shower. Then the living area was just superb, with the dining table set for breakfast with all the continental breakfast options in the sideboard and fridge for you to help yourself. My husband had a cooked breakfast on our second morning which he said was delicious and delivered to our suite. The whole suite was just too nice to not spend any quality time in it so we spent our days out and about and then our evenings relaxing in the lovely surroundings. It was just a shame the weather was very good so we were unable to enjoy the garden. Would recommend 1000%!

Breakfast that came with the room was so lovely, was plenty and so nice to sit at our own table, location was lovely, very quiet, and walking distance to the beach/restaurant. The welcome was really nice and polite, overall a wonderful stay, would stay again and recommend. Thank you.

There was nothing to dislike.

One of the first times we've not stayed in a hotel and I'm converted! What fantastic place, excellently maintained, spotlessly clean a real home from home with a warm welcome from Vicky and Graham. The freedom this type of stay alolows is great with cereals and bread in the room along with coffee, tea, juice etc, if you're hungry in the morning you can have a delicious full English. We can't praise this place enough, a real haven of tranquility with, as we say a really warm welcome. We will be back!
