I had the pleasure of staying here in late August of this year. My life is crazy busy, and the fact I am taking the time to praise this establishment 2+ months after my stay should speak volumes. What I loved, not in any particular order: * Location, location, location! Around the corner from subway and bus stations, and very close to Seoul Station, where all subway lines converge. At the bottom of the hotel there is a mini supermarket shop, which was so convenient for refilling my transportation card and purchasing essentials like portable charger, refreshments, feminine products. Hotel is very close to restaurants, palaces and other tourist attractions, and across the street from Namdaemun Market. * View from my room!! It had a sweeping view of Sejong-Daero street, Gyeongbokgung Palace at the end of this street, and the mountains beyond. * Breakfast!! By far the best I have ever had in a breakfast-included package. They offered the perfect blend of mainstream and cultural food options, and all were soo yummy. Lots of healthy options too! Coffee was amazing. One of the few hotels where I would wake up looking forward to breakfast. Clean seating area, friendly faces. * Amenities! Including but not limited to: fancy automated bidet toilet, with seat heating. Bathtub/shower are located in a separate room from the toilet, which I loved. Great coffee, slippers, nifty hair brush, endless supply of shampoo/conditioner, useful fridge, dimmable light control accesible from bedside (so convenient!). Free umbrella rentals in lobby in case of rain—so thoughtful and came so handy. * Service: room cleaning was superb. Lobby staff among the friendliest and most helpful I have ever seen, and I’ve been around the world. Free luggage self-storage, which was pivotal during my stay, as it allowed me precious touring time before checkin-in and after checkout. I was allowed to check in 2 hours early for a very reasonable fee.

My only recommendation for improvement is to extend breakfast hours to 11 am to better accommodate later risers; at the time of my stay, breakfast ended promptly at 10 am.

Easy to get to using the airport shuttle from incheon. Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly by staff and made to feel comfortable right away. Our room had enough space for all of our luggage and we liked that the toilet was in a separate room. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at.

On Sundays there seems to be an event outside that is broadcasted very loudly from about 8.30am. This is just a minor inconvenience as it’s quite loud but there’s nothing that the hotel would be able to do about that so I can’t fault them.

The hotel is in great location, close to everything, Namdaemun market is 5 mins. walk and Myeongdong market is about 7 mins. uber taxi. Breakfast is great, lots of choices. There is also a convenience store and starbucks at the building, located at level one. We stayed in a triple room for 4 nights, they cleaned our room everyday, provided new towel, slippers, robe, coffee and tea, and toiletries. Overall, it was a great stay!

If you booked a triple room, the room is a bit small for 3 adults.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a deluxe room, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and super comfortable, making our stay even better. Breakfast and lunch were included, and both were really good. There were plenty of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The service was also great, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a really nice experience here. The stunning views, good food, and excellent service made it a stay worth remembering. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

- Great location, it is a 15 minute walk from the Seoul Station. Also there is a grocery store and Starbucks in the same building. The nearest station is City Hall, it's about 7 mins, or go to Seoul Station, the metro is very convenient, you can get anywhere. - Good breakfast, there are Korean and European options. - Many local restaurants near the hotel. - There is a coin laundry on the 11th floor, I didn't use it, but never saw a queue there. - The staff is very kind and helpful.

Nothing really. The bath was quite unusual for us, but it's not an issue.

Perfect location and friendly staff

The bed was a little bit hard, and the breakfast could be improved. I like the idea of a local breakfast but it was only pork. So if you don't like/eat pork, you'll be very limited.

it’s really clean, beds are really comfy, love the shower and the bath! only one thing… toothbrush is separate purchase. I’m all for sustainable travel hotels.. if only it’s indicated on the booking page then I would have bring my own toothbrush and paste. instead of paying a fee for a really lousy toothbrush. buffet breakfast is really good and value for money.

The room is pretty spacious and comfortable for two. Location wise, it's a stone's throw from City Hall metro station, 5-10min walk from The Plaza Hotel, which is very convenient if you are taking the K Airport Limousine bus which takes you straight to the hotel area to and fro Incheon Airport. There are many good restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel, catering to those working in the offices nearby so you will defintely not waste your calories!

The pillows are too soft for us. We also did not really like the bathroom layout. The basin, toilet and bathroom are 3 separate areas very close to the entrance and we find it rather crammed.

It was outstanding! This hotel is exceptional, the facilities, confort, the cleanliness, the staff (was so friendly and hard working), the entire experience was immaculate! The quality of this hotel is simply gorgeous, location made it easy to get about and explore the area. Also it was really close to City Hall and right in front of the hotel you had the station for bus limousine that take you directly to Incheon airport. So I could not recommend this hotel more highly! Bonus tip: if you have the chance to stay at Gracery, try to update your room.....the view is breathtaking, no matter if it's daytime or nightime. And just book it. :)

The location is excellent, very close to Myeong-dong area, Namdaemun market, public transport, restaurants... Staff is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. A crib was provided as we were traveling with a baby.

It is a 3-star and not a 4-star as advertised; there is a clear sign with the 3 stars as you walk in. Rooms are small and when adding a crib, the space is extremely limited. There is almost no space to place the luggage as the sink is in the entrance and there are no wardrobes (just a shelf). Breakfast is not worth it considering the price and the number of options outside the hotel.
