Hotel staff is very kind and professional, the hotel was very nice and clean. There is the Spa (to be booked and paid separately but well worth it and price is competitive) very clean and ideal for my stay - I would recommend. There is a bar onsite, that can be used for breakfast if not included in the reservation The hotel is just close by the metro station, line 3 is going straight to the airport

It is not easy to reach the beach walking as you have to go through fields and a bit isolated area but if you drive or have a bike it would be quite close (5-10 mins).

Location for public transport, easy walking to older Valencian areas, all shopping wants covered. The beds were clean and very comfortable, the gym facilities excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are getting a bit tired, the flooring showing age. The grouting around the bath needed attention.

Very tasty breakfast. The room was very clean and was cleaned today. Many amenities were included, such as a safe, wardrobe, air conditioning, fridge, and TV. Very nice and helpful personnel, especially at the reception.

Lack of iron may not be problematic, but the lack of a teacup or coffee machine was an unpleasant surprise.

1. Very bad soundproofing from the hall; 2. There were big dust pieces in corners; 3. The white curtain had big orange spots; 4. When maids were cleaning hall outside our room - they were hitting the door super hard and loud, we didn’t feel comfortable, it was like every second we felt like they’re entering, it was very disturbing.

The rooms are modern and well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is a metro station about 200 yards away and an Aldi at the end of the street

There is some noise from the street below, but overall was quiet. Didn’t use the facilities as the swimming pool is open to the public and guests can only use it at certain times, or otherwise they would have to pay

The hotel is clean, and there is a great facilities, gym, swimming pool and spa. Staff were very helpful and polite. The location was close to the airport and just a few yards from the train station. Great public transport for us to visit the half marathon expo on Friday and the start line of the half marathon on sunday.

The hotel is in a residential area, with no decent shops or restaurants. An aldi is the only store nearby There are no tea making facilities in the room. There is no complimentary water in the room.

Location of hotel. There is literally nothing in the area. It is primarily residential. Unless you take breakfast (which is excellent) at the hotel, there is nowhere to even get a coffee! The beach is about 1 hour to walk to, the city centre is about 5 metro stops & it is 19 metro stops to the airport

Friendly staff, suitable room, use of gym great benefit. Gym was a great size with a decent amount of kit!

Breakfast was poor - not much variety and not well made. They wasn't clear on the timings of this at check in also. Access to pool / spa awkward to get to if using the gym. Could have been explained better.

Breakfast was good and affordable, close to frequent public transport. The room was cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The bathtub was small and there were no curtains or box on the shower, so it was really hard to take a shower without making the whole bathroom wet. Also, the lighting on the bathroom was too white (cold). Not cozy at all.

As the hotel is outside of the city center, there is no much cafes /restaurants which opened lately. You can't event buy a bottle of a water if you returning into the hotel at the night
