We like everything. The guys in the front desk were helpful and nice. The parking facilities. The room had a great view over the old town and a big covered terrace. The room was very cleaned and renovated. It was very nice our stay there. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this hotel. For being a 2 star hotel I can say it was a great choice. Very central to everything.

We like everything. We only have two suggestions. First, you should have a mini fridge. It would be helpful to store things guests buy. Second, we found out that the pillows are very uncomfortable. They are long and not easy to sleep with. You should put normal pillows. Thank you.

Ideal location, comfortable room, excellent staff interaction. Fernando was a consummate host. Exemplary knowledge and suggestions for my short stay, warm hearted, and my room was already prepared before 15:00 so I dropped off my bags and ventured around town at 11:00 instead. It was brilliant. Thank you, Hotel Bilbi and thank you Fernando!

There weren't proper towel rails, only bathroom shelves which were a bit awkward to dry wet towels. I hung mine over the shower doors. This was fine because I was only there for 2 nights, but towel rails would be ideal to have installed.

Very good location near the old town and supermarkets; train station less than a 10-minute walk away; basic but pleasant hotel; absolutely loved this one guy working at reception (too bad I didn't ask for his name): his English was very good and he knows so much about the area - and he was so happy to share his knowledge with the guests! Big thumbs up!

The road leading to the hotel (coming from the train station) is a bit dirty and there are quite a few shady-looking people around; there is a bar down the road and people are drinking and laughing outside until very late - so if you have a front-facing window make sure to keep it closed.

very close to Casco Viejo and the riverside, convenient central location. Friendly staff, clean rooms, affordable. No hotel breakfast is not a problem as many nearby cafes open in the morning. Nice bars just down the hill from the hotel. Good room cleaning service.

Area between the hotel and the train station is quite messy and feels sketchy walking around there if you`re there for the first time. It`s not dangerous, but I`d use the riverside or Casco Viejo as my walking route to the city.

The hotel was well-located and the best option from a cost perspective since a festival was happening in Bilbao and hotel prices has been jacked up accordingly. The cleaning and reception staff were friendly and their vending machines were cheap. About a five minute walk to the Casco Viejo and incredible places to eat in near proximity.

They didn't provide good soap options so recommend bringing your own as well as a face cloth.

It's a perfect budget hotel for a short trip or a small family. We are a large family with 2 kids and 2 dogs but still it was quite comfortable for us. Location is amazing. 2 mins walk from the river and 5-7 mins walk from the plaza. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Only shower gel and soap for handwash is provided. So you should bring your toiletries.

Finding parking in the area is quite difficult. Hotel has its parking at an additional cost, but it was full. Google map doesn't take you to the exact location, so you have to go around to get closer to the hotel to unload bags from the car.

We had a good stay overall. We arrived by car and asked at reception about parking. Unfortunately, there were no spots available at the property, but the staff responded very quickly and helpfully by suggesting an alternative place to park. The location they recommended wasn’t free and felt a bit shady, but it worked out in the end.

Excellent location, between the old city ('Casco Viejo') & the modern extensions of Bilbao. Impeccable bed-linen. Helpful, English-speaking staff on Reception.

The hotel exists in something of an oasis, in an intermediate area, part respectable, part rough. Around the corner is an excellent restaurant (Peso Neto), & another in Calle Arechaga nearby, down the slope towards the river. However care should be taken especially at night/weekend when walking along Calle San Francisco or Calle Cortes, which are the the 2 most direct streets which give access from the modern city to the hotel on Calle Miribilla. The former street was described to me by the local police as 'un poco conflictivo' !

Modernised comfortable Hotel situated on the edge of the old town in a busy area. Secure parking opposite necessary to book in advance as space limited. . Pleasant walk along the river bank to the Guggenheim Museum ,.the old town and local restaurants. Friendly and helpful receptionists. We did not need to use our car during our stay once it was securely parked.

Difficult to find on the gps.in the busy city area with narrow streets.and shortage of on street parking..

Came here for a concert at the arena just 5 mins away from this hotel. Was a perfect choice for that. It was still hot weather in Bilbao and the air conditioning worked really well. Room was super basic but I was only there 2 nights and spent most of the day out and about so I wasn't looking for a relaxing hotel room but it was a good place to crash after the show the street was quiet at night and there's black out blinds so sleeping was comfortable.
