Very helpful staff, especially Andrea who gave us excellent recommendations for dining. Clean, good size rooms with minibar and supplies like comb, toothbrush and paste and shower cap. Housekeeping staff were polite and discreet. Great location as within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants, sights and the old town. Small drop off area in front of the hotel where you could park until checked in and had delivered your luggage to your room.

No on-site parking but public parking close by and plentiful with 10% discount card available from the hotel, so not a major problem.

The hotel was located centrally, close to the main shopping mall and 1 minute from the department store. It was a 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. The walk to and from was very pleasant with some beautiful buildings along the way. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and the receptionist spoke very good english. They were happy to organise a taxi upon departure. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was not a spacious room so you would need to check dimensions of the various room types on offer. The air conditioning worked well and was adjustable. There was a safe, small fridge, tv and hairdryer. The bathroom was modern, reasonably spacious and had a shower over bath which could be an issue for some. The wifi worked well. The bus station is located about 10 minutes away via taxi.

Fabulous location in the city center!!! It was just up the street from excellent shopping, many cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was very tasty, well worth the money (11€ per person when we were there). The bathroom was large and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Across the street is a large shopping center which includes a supermarket on the top floor (escalators conveniently take you to all floors).

The room itself was smaller than we expected. The hair dryer provided was not user-friendly. You had to press the button and keep it pressed so the hairdryer would continue operating... and it was VERY difficult to keep that button pressed. Not convenient. We didn't have much of a view from our room. The elevator was VERY slow.

This hotel is very cosy and easy, it’s open 24/7, the rooms are not super spacious but offer all you needing a pleasant and efficient way. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, 2 mins from the train / metro station and 7 mins (walk) from the old town but just outside the noisy areas. Staff is super friendly and helpful with all your questions.

Nothing really but if there’s one mini thing, the elevator is a bit slow 😅

The location of the hotel is great. It's across the best shopping mall in the town, near the main shopping street and in the newer part of the city. The old city is within walking distance, as are some other tourist attractions. Bus stations and metro are nearby. The hotel was clean and the sound isolation was very good.

The hotel room was lovely and spacious we were a bit upset at the begining as we thought we were getting twin beds with a sofa bed as we are three sisters. that never happened as they were fully booked out . however the lady of reception was so helpful with extra sheets and duvets so we could share but have separate space on the Super king bed. the coffee maker and kettle was an added bonus , there was 2 tvs on both sides of the room so we could sit and watch etc. we had a balcony space with 2 chairs and a table which was a nice space. Lovely towels and bathroom supplies . the location is amazing just of Gran Via ,lots of shops and Tapas bars in the location, a short walk to underground and main railway station Abando is a great location in the city. we walked everywhere to old town the guggenhem by the river, Gluten free bread was provided at breakfast everyday for one of the party by request and there was plenty of selection available. The Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our break very much.

We were very happy with the Secortel when we got over the room layout.

The location is good and strategic, the room was very spacious and well decorated. The women working in the lobby were also nice.

The cleaning staff was not good at all. First, they didn't change towels and the cleaning of the room was poorly done. It wasn't dirty, but it doesn't correspond to a 4 star hotel. Secondly, the staff responsible for the cleaning opened our room door while we were still there (which is okay, this can happen), but it happened twice in a 30-minute span and the ladies were very rude. They didn't bother to apologize whatsoever. This was very inconvenient.

Central location just steps off the main city artery. Delicious breakfast. Great coffee. Quiet, good air conditioning in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Tiny jewel box of a room, but we did not need more. Bidet. Parking in a city garage just blocks away.

Learning to operate the shower took a little time. A laminated instruction card with pictures would be helpful. The shower was slow to drain, and the way it is designed leaves water on the floor, which can damage the floor and other structures.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Lara & Miriam on reception were exceptional. Both girls made us feel so welcome & went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. When you’re so far from home & don’t speak the language, it’s lovely to have someone greet you with a friendly smile & genuinely be interested in your needs - they helped with booking & the language barrier. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s very central, very clean- good breakfast & lovely staff.

Great location very central. Good size rooms. Clean and quiet, haven’t heard any noise from neighbours rooms. Nice shower also has very good hair dryer . Comfy mattress and pillows. Also good air con. Nice staff help is with restaurant bookings.

No complementary coffee/tea in the room, no complementary water on arrival. So you need get out of the room to have your coffee. Coffee/tea available in the lobby, but not in the hours when breakfast served . So you need get out to look for cup of coffee.
