We (a family of 4) stayed in two rooms for a weekend in Madrid. The beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms were massive and the location was fantastic. The breakfast wasn't huge but everything was delicious and there was a nice variety. The rooms were quiet and we were able to spend two days walking around without needed public transportation.
The AC in one of the rooms wasn't blowing very cold air. We spoke to the front desk about it but they weren't able to fix it during the time we were there. It was 38 C outside so we were slightly warm. The only other very small issue is that the magnetic key cards kept demagnetizing on us. Front desk was friendly and helpful to fix it, but it was weird.

We stayed here twice on our trip because we loved it so much the first time. The rooms and bathroom were spacious with large doors to balconies so lots of natural sunlight. The elevator was a decent size for what we experienced in Spain and the staircase was also very nice and wide. It's a spacious hotel overall from what we experienced in Spain! The staff was very helpful and genuinely very kind. Also, great locations with a restaurant right next door and several others close by. Also walking distance to parks and art museums. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends visiting Madrid.
I can't think of anything.

The room and bathroom are quite spacious and warm (good heating), a convenient wardrobe for things. Breakfast is good, professional and friendly service. We left the hotel early in the morning, so the day before we asked to prepare a light breakfast for us to take away, and they left us a "picnic bag" at the reception, which we took after checking out. Good wifi, two elevators, a quiet area, and the location of the hotel itself is exceptionally good
A few comments about what was missing in a four-star hotel: - No electric kettle (although it is listed in the list of conditions). I asked to bring a kettle at the reception, but I was told that the hotel does not have electric kettles. The coffee machine does not heat the water enough to make a tea. - No shower cap, no bath slippers, no daily refill of tea, sugar and coffee capsules - The bed is too soft (for me) - The room cleaning could be a little better The dining room is VERY cold (especially in breakfast) - this definitely needs to be fixed!

Staff very kind and supportive, we required to change the room and they supported us. The new room was large enough with window both in room and bathroom. Wood on the floor. Free water in eco packaging. Perfect stay for visiting all the key places of interest of the city, nearby also to a variety of different type of restaurants. Very easy to reach from the airport via bus. Definitively a great stay!
Not possible to set the heating, rooms are very hot and we had to sleep with windows open. Limited rooms with shower, the one we tried was small and with internal view. Lack of amenities as shower cap.

What's not to like about this hotel?! It's location is very central for getting to the main shopping and restaurant areas of Madrid, as well as the open-top bus tour bus stops . The Gran Via is only a 5 minute walk away, and the Museo del Prado only 15 minutes walk away. The staff on reception and in the breakfast room were fantastic; very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was a bit of an odd shape (I guess it's an old building), but there was room for the suitcases, plenty of wardrobe hanging space, and the bathroom was spacious as well. There was air con to keep the room cool. We arrived by car, so requested a space in the car park down the next street which was easily accessed. The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of eggs and bacon cooked to order, as well as continental breakfast choices. We'd definitely stay here again.

Every thing that was expected
Booking ,com lied about their claim that the hotel provided transportation from the Barajas Airport to the Hotel in Madrid. We waited and waited at the airport for the transportation that NEVER arrived. When I contacted the hotel, I was advised that the hotel did offer the transportation from the airport to their hotel. So, the fact is the fact, that Booking.com added that in their brochure, so they can get prospective customer to place the booking of the hotel on their advertisement. I will never again will book a hotel stay being offered by Booking. Com.

I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were incredibly nice and made me feel welcome right from the start. They were also very responsive to any needs I had during my stay. The room was spacious and featured a large bathroom, both of which added to the overall comfort. The bed was very nice, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was also impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The location was great. Not too far from the Metro (which we took often) and still not too far to walk to many parts of town. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. We were told a head of time that we could leave our luggage prior to check-in. There was also an area that we could freshen up before we headed out. It was very convenient to have an elevator (a must for us). The room was plenty big for 3 of us and the bathroom was nice and big. They offered a breakfast (for a fee) but we didn't take advantage of it. There were plenty of places to walk to for eating and shopping. Really was a great location. The area was safe and not noisy for us. We hadn't booked a place to stay when we were returning from Barcelona. We were fortunate that there was a room available for 1 night and wanted to stay there again. I was able to contact the hotel directly to make the arrangements and they took care of everything from there. We stayed in a different room which was just as nice as the first. The staff also made arrangements for us to get a taxi early the next morning to the airport.
We have no complaints.

I have travelled a lot and met many service minded staff but these staff were just amazing! Super friendly and helpfull with any questions and nothing was too big or small. Clean and big rooms, perfect location with restaurants and metro close by.
We could not get the heating down in the room and could not close the window in the bathroom. As we were only staying for one night we didn’t ask for help, but I am sure they would have helped if they were asked. I would not recommend the breakfast. The staff was amazing but the selection was not enough for that price…
