The appartment was quite cosy, in a very central place (note that this is the neighbourhood with a lot of queer bars) and it was hassel free as it was completely "self service" for everything.

The room did not really correspond to the photo, they rent a lot of appartments in the building but only have the photo for one of them. The appartment was on the top floor under the roof, so it was somewhat smaller than I would have expected, but then actually it was quite cosy, so cannot really complain. Also the bathtub was very worn off, it thought it was not clean, but actually everything in the appartment was very clean, and the bath tub was just very old or maybe not good quality.

The property was ok. Very basic but cheap in an excellent location.

The staff were awful to deal with and had bad attitudes. They don’t tell you when book your room that they make you run your credit card again as a security deposit. The day prior to arrival you get an email about checking in. You need to use their own app to check-in on arrival. No one meets you. The app was awful to use and wouldn’t work properly. I was unable to fully use it. I called them and they could see that I input the info they wanted they kept wanting me to keep retrying the app. Finally they processed the checkin remotely after a fight. I would AVOID the property for this reason alone.

the location was very good but the apartment itself is not equipped for 4 people but 2 people. There is only a very small kitchen where a seat is placed. when the seat is open for sleeping, the entire space is occupied. a room with a double bed is also completely occupied by the bed. bathroom is too small for 4 people but good for 2 people. Coffee maker is an old model with filter. the room was clean with all other amenities. very good for just 2 persons.

We where with 2, for us was the appartment good and comfortable.

I needed help to get the door codes from the reception phone number. Luckily I got help making the phone call and was able to get the codes and successfully enter the building.

I did not have wifi or phone coverage when I was trying to find the hotel and did not receive a message with the door codes. When I finally found the location I asked an employee of the Hawaii restaurant next door for help. He said it happens a lot that guests need help with access and he called the number for me. I got the codes from the reception person and the restaurant employee walked over to the door to make sure I got in. He was very helpful, especially because he spoke English. I don't think the booking.com description stated that it was a b&b with no reception desk.

Good central location - near a few metro stations, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Pretty quiet apartment just a bit of noise when other people were in the hallway. Very clean. Good facilities although we didn't use washing machine or cooking facilities.

We were sent wrong code for key box but one phone call sorted it out. We had looked for an apartment with windows as lots of them are internal rooms. Although there are windows in this apartment it is at the bottom of an internal courtyard which is 2 or 3 floors tall, so you have to peer up to see the sky. Apartment is bright enough just no view except other windows and air conditioning unit.

Good location in Chueca near shops and restaurants and transport links. It was a good neighbourhood. The flat was as described and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was very convenient for exploring Madrid

The heating had not been turned on and I had to ask them to do so as it was initially cold. It was a little noisy- both sounds from outside and other flats. The kitchen equipment was minimal- no food preparation boards or knives if you had wanted to prepare dinner. Some ambient lighting would be nice- in the living room and bedrooms

the check in process is cumbersome, no staff on the premises and the entrance code is only released after online checkin which involves biometric data and face scanning. Cumbersome and requires a good internet connection, which isn’t always available to those roaming or those out of data. This should be made clearer as a prerequisite prior to booking also the kitchen/dinning area is basic, and the lack of window there means one spends most of their time in the bedroom. suitable for a one night stay or maybe two, not for a longer rental as the bedroom is the only usable part of the flat, and other than a bed there’s nothing else.

It was in central location but very quiet to sleep, no noise from the streets. Well equipped kitchen, no keys entrance- entering using a PIN. Walk-in wardrobe, where to store the luggage. Laundry and ironing facilities. Big fridge to cool drinks. Air conditioning was very good/efficient in hot summer.

Communication was difficult!! It was stressful that they send the codes the minute of the check in, as we were traveling we did not had wifi everywhere! It would be great if they could let you leave the suitcases for a couple of hours before/after the check in !

I had a fantastic stay at the accommodation in Madrid. The location couldn't have been better - centrally situated, making it easy to explore the city's attractions on foot. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Madrid.
