We returned after previously visited as a family and again had a great stay. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff, comfortable beds and rooms. Convenient for the airport bus and the intermodal station, also not far to the old town. Outdoor Pool shut as we visited in winter, but loved this on our last visit. Fantastic overhead shower in the bathroom.

I wasn’t aware there was an additional charge for the indoor pool. View from the window on 1st floor wasn’t great (into another building). Only very minor gripes as we loved the hotel and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Staff were exceptional - many thanks! I had a super large room - double / small king size bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a chair, ample space for my luggage and a lovely view. Extremely happy to have a room away from the lift so as not to hear any noise when resting. Free mini bar stocked up daily. Room cleaned daily. Lifts were quick. Hotel was super clean and close to Estacio Intermodal train and bus station (7-10 min walk). I was there on a hiking trip to trek the GR221 trail, so this was especially useful! Lovely bakery 5 mins away, and inside the train station is a fairly cheap supermarket should you want a salad rather than bread.

Not a negative per se but my shower (which was separate from the toilet) was smaller than expected. Returned days later and had another room which had a bath and realised I was missing it from this room, especially after a hike. Would have liked breakfast included in my price for the amount that I had paid.

Helpful friendly staff, lovely room, comfy beds, rooftop pool was gorgeous at rooftop bar cocktails were lovely. Great location, could walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, nice room (but we did upgrade to a slightly better one), good breakfast and other meals, very convenient location- 10 min walk to station, 15 min to cathedral. Roof top very pleasant although they did not have bar open due to weather)

Had a slight problem with smell of drains, but after pointing it out they quickly came to fix it, although smell did return but not too bad. I suspect it is the way the plumbing in the hotel is organised. Also difficult to adjust water temperature in shower. However, these were small problems and did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel. Highly recommend.

The room was super nice and the rooftop was beautiful. The pool is small, but a great place to lay out and there were ample chairs to lay out. We loved the room, especially the free mini-bar, which is a nice touch! It was super easy to keep a car here, as it was about a 7 minute walk from the municipal SMAP lot that caps at 5 Euro a day (Carrer d'Ausiàs March, 26, Nord, 07003 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain). Parking there and staying here allowed us to affordably have the car for day trips and also be very walkable to the center without worrying about the ACIRE zone.

Staff were great, service was really good. Location was about a 15 - 20 minute walk into the harbour. Plenty great restaurants near for lunch or in the main town. We ate like kings.

The pool area is good with excellent service but the pictures make the pool look much much bigger than it is. On our first night the 2 rooms we got were different, we requested twin rooms on booking . com but neither were, 1 small room with a small double bed vs 1 large room with a king / super king that could be split into twins. The staff were very understanding and changed the small room to a twin after the first night. Make sure if your expecting a twin, you do not rely on booking website UI selection, Also select it in the preference message box. This is more of a complaint for booking.com than the hotel.

Really close to all the main Palma sites. Clean, well managed. The staff were lovely and super helpful. Views across the city were nice and the rooftop pool/bar area was lovely. Lots of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. A great place to base yourself to explore Palma.

Check-in was ‘from’ 3pm. We weren’t able to check-in until much later as the room wasn’t ready. Not too much of an issue as we could securely drop our bags and use the facilities; however if you are only there for a flying visit this would have been frustrating.

INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Center is a fantastic hotel that perfectly blends style, comfort, and location. My room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and high-quality amenities. The rooftop pool and lounge area are a real highlight — perfect for relaxing with a view over the city. The wellness area, including the spa and sauna, was also a great bonus. Staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is located just a short walk from the old town, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Palma.

The staff above all else, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided us a lot of guidance and recommendations to maximise our experience in Mallorca. I would come back here just to chat with the reception and bar staff again! The rooms are clean, well presented and modern. The pool area was great and the food available at the bar was delicious!

The air conditioning wasn’t quite strong enough and I found the room to be a bit warm which affected my sleep somewhat. The location is okay, you’re a bit outside the main tourist section where the restaurants and bars are located but on the other hand you’re very close to public transport terminals. I also found the sound proofing of the rooms to be insufficient as we could hear other guests in their rooms if they spoke loud enough as well as most noises in the corridor.
