Great location, the staff was helpful and kind. Close the port and the main attractions. Plenty of options to eat nearby. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen was a welcomed option. Clean bed and towels. Room service each day.

The bathroom's cleanliness was poor, the toilet seat was slightly damaged, and the bathroom vent was not working. Overall was a good experience, just some small renovations would make the experience a 10/10

The hotel is very well located in San Antonio in a quiet street close to the center. The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable.nice balcony with a nice sea view. Prices are super. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with calling taxis and other requests.

The hair drier in the room is not good quality. There is a football school pitch where kids play in the morning during the week making some noises if you want to sleep in the early morning.

It was the best option in Ibiza so far. We stayed here and in another hotel but this hotel exceeded our expectations! Especially with this price! Totally worth it. It has 2 pools not just 1! The location is very near to everything. Everything is in walkable distance like 5-15 minutes max walk. You should definitely book yourselves a catamaran or sunset boat cruise the prices are very cheap for Ibiza. The room was very clean with nice view and the location is very safe and central. Value for money, perfect location as short walk to the port and also lively areas if you choose or quiet in the evening. The pool was perfect, basic hotel rooms but bed was comfy and room clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful and wish I had the name of the lady on reception as she was amazing!

Great location a few minutes walk to the strip and Cafe Mambo. Room was lovely and air con was brilliant. Clean hotel, friendly reception and lovely pool area.

The photos don't do this hotel justice. It's much better than we expected! It's in a great location, very central with only a short walk to the bus station. Rooms are basic but they're clean - just what you need if you're in Ibiza to party! It has a pool but we used the one across the road in it's sister hotel as it's bigger with a pool bar.

My only recommendation would be to get a sea view - if i'm being picky!

I stayed with my boyfriend for a short holiday on the 9th of June, the room was fantastic with an amazing view and perfect location. The staff were lovely especially the receptionist Fatomah (I think her name was) she went above and beyond for us during our stay and made the overall experience 100x better. We would definitely stay again because of this.

There was no shade at the pool

I was greeted by the lovely Christina, but never saw her again sadly. She was the best front desk employee! The kitchenette was fantastic for a remote worker and someone who wants to cook breakfast. With 2 hotplates, a microwave and fridge, it was great! The mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel and the pillows were equally comfortable. Memory foam Baby! The housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned my floors when I requested. The air conditioner was placed in a good location so that you didn't get cold at night. Lastly, the balcony was perfect for doing my yoga and for sitting out having a drink once the sun went off it. Great location, a stones throw from Mambo, the sunsets and a short walk to the Disco bus to Ibiza town or Playa den Bossa.

The Swimming pool did not have any umbrellas. For a fair-skinned Aussie girl this made it impossible to sit around the pool because the sun was literally on the pool all day :-( I would also like to see more recycling of the room rubbish. I separated my own rubbish and put it out in the recycle bins out in the street otherwise housekeeping just put it all in one bag. Also, my towels kept being changed which also contributed to my carbon footprint. I would've been happy to use my towels for a few days at a time before they were changed. I tried but they kept disappearing.

The pool was nice, the sun hits over the top around 11:30 for prime tanning time. The rooms were very cozy and clean. Was really helpful to have a kitchen in our room to save abit of money.

Perhaps more drinks to by at the hotel so we didn't have to travel so far. The vending machine was also broken.

Reception staff were great, we had a 3 hour delay, arriving at 2am, but were still happy to check us in. The location is perfect, 3 minute walk along the street to Mambo, 3 minutes the other way to the square/harbour/west end!

There was no bar or restaurant at the hotel, but plenty nearby.
