We loved the fact that it's close to the water that you literally get off your sunlounger, walk a few steps and can jump in the sea! The VIP package was splendid. (Junior Suite) the heated infinity pool was an amazing addition to our April stay as the sea water was still cold. Good veggie options for dinner. We had an absolutely great relaxing time. Staff are brilliant, attentive, friendly. The activities were insane, I made a lovely key ring and infused alcohol another day. But they even had tote bag painting and sunset yoga?! 10/10 recommend.

The amenities were simply excellent, quality furniture and plenty of spaces for leisure, sunbathing, eating and swimming. But the real stars were the staff, from the moment we arrived Armira made us feel welcome and spoiled us as if we were the only guests in the hotel. This was a common trend across all the staff from the cleaner to the bar staff (shoutout to Kiko & Denise) they all looked after us ever considerate of preferences and context. If you are after a break that is both luxurious and excellent in hospitality, this hotel is my first recommendation in Mallorca. Food 100/10 staff 100/10 view & amenities 100/10. Is it worth going all inclusive - YES is it worth the extra money over similar local offerings, yes the customer care and ongoing attention to detail is definitely worth the extra money per night stay. We will be back for sure

Hotel cleanliness, variety of food , excellent sunbathing terrace and main pool. Fantastic breakfasts. The staff were unfailingly helpful, smiling, and courteous....a huge asset to the hotel. And of course , best of all, the glorious view of the bay

Buffet plancha cooking station could have done with some better quality meat eg better steak, maybe some lamb etc Carvery roasts should have been on every night. House red wine not great. Object to being charged for 'sodastream" carafe water. Steam room was dangerously hot. Santa Ponca not the greatest area. Maybe not the correct area for this comment...bit of an afterthought...there is no real need to pay the extra for the fancy rooms with the private hot tubs.. they're all cheek by jowls with the room next door and are overlooked by the higher floor rooms.

Hotel was quiet as late April. Stayed in star prestige area, b&b basis, in this area was a heated pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, free snacks though day, poolside bar. Lovely food and facilities. Room layout well thought out, king size bedroom, sofa bed in living room when the snoring was too much, shower and toilet in their own room with double whirlpool bath opening into living area so you could see the view, plus it's the small things, the fixed hairdryer wasn't in the bathroom so two could get ready at the same time. Had breakfast on the restaurant veranda looking at this view every morning. Never felt so relaxed. Wow

As soon as the doors open to get into the lobby, you’re blasted with the smell of fragrance. Didn’t know what the name of it was but it was quite pleasant when walking in. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any of our queries. Facilities and rooms were clean and usable. The room was cleaned daily and we even had our clothes politely folded and anything else neatly stacked and aligned on the shelves. Breakfast was the highlight of our holiday, only bad thing about it was the stomach ache we got from eating so much.

We unfortunately couldn’t BT link the TVs in our room onto our phones so we could stream movies. If it were possible to do that it potentially would’ve been the perfect stay

This is an adults only and suites only hotel both of which are big pluses. The location on a beautiful bay is exceptional. All rooms have sea view. We liked the reception area with low level discreet desks for checking in and the free drink on arrival. That was very relaxing. The staff are exceptional and make this hotel really pleasant for the traveller - friendly and approachable but not too friendly. It is less than half an hour’s drive from the airport. There are local shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Knowing Iberostar hotels to be of a high standard , we chose this Adult Only to totally relax. The view is wonderful and so peaceful. The food at each sitting was wonderful. A great choice of food and always so fresh and tasty.

Given that the atmosphere is so relaxing it would have been good to hear background relaxing music in the restaurant. It felt a little sterile to have nothing to listen to. It's a pity that there is no shop selling locally made gifts.

We were pleased with the size of the room and the private jacuzzi tub. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options, with a rotating specialty item each day. The hotel was located a short 15 minute walk from Santa Ponsa beach and local shops and restaurants.

We were surprised to learn that reservations were required for breakfast each day, on our first day the only available time was 7:30AM. We were disappointed by the size of the gym facilities (4-5 people max) and the out-of-order equipment. The exclusive star prestige pools and lounge areas were extremely crowded and sun beds not always available.

Set on rocks just above the high water line. Far enough away from the noise of Santa Ponca to be totally relaxing. Suite had huge deck with private jacuzzi, cabana and outdoor shower. Staff and breakfast were amazing. Pool ladder out of the ocean for anytime ocean free diving or swimming. Spa services were very good. Clean hotel and fantastic views across the bay. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property! Typical great place for an iberostar! Love the location and the beautiful bay and view. Rooms were slightly dated but very clean and very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! Juanlo our pool water was great! Always smiling and bringing us great drinks. Delicious breakfast buffet. We didn’t do the full all inclusive bc we wanted to enjoy town in the evening. We did inquire about eating dinner at the buffet and it was 55 euros per person so essentially $60. That seemed steep to us so passed. But our stay was great! We loved it and hated to leave.
