Hotel is nice and modern, loved the rooms (everything was new and clean, loved the comfortable bed!), kind staff and daily refreshing of the rooms, that was always so detailed.

The location is ok, but not great. Being in the middle between the center and the beach, it would take at least 40 mins to reach either by foot. Renting the city bike was a savior to be able to enjoy the city, and wonder around. For the price, staying in the better area would be more ideal. The breakfast consisted of limited food choice, with not such a good quality of the food. Also, I find it suprising to not have even a single fresh vegetable in the selection. Expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel. Overall, not sure if it’s worth for the money you pay.

The hotel was very quiet and the location was ideal as it was located between the beach and the main things to see in the city (old city, oceanografic...). The staff was nice and the check-in and check-out were very fast.

The wifi did not work in the room, I could connect to it but the internet was not working which is very disappointing. The room did not have any window to see the outside and only had a roof window.

Really friendly and helpful reception staff, especially Nikita, who helped sort out a very rude member of the cleaning staff, who thought it was perfectly acceptable to shout at me . The internal courtyard is beautiful Breakfast was good and the orange juice as you would expect from Valencia was delicious. You feel welcome and valued as a customer 😀 We loved our visit ❤️

There is no area in the courtyard dedicated to non smokers, it's quite a shock to see how many of the other European clients smoked, so many couldn't get through breakfast without a cigarette. The outside seating was comfortable but needed a clean. The hotel itself is located in a poorer district, but it's a 30 minute walk to the port and beach and in the opposite direction 50 minutes to the cathedral and old town 😀. But the Uber/Taxi service ran really well, we used it many times .

Lovely hotel, nice staff and great location. There is a city bike docking station outside and we used these our whole trip. It was a 10 minute cycle to the beach in one direction and 10 minutes cycle in the other direct to the old town.

We paid for breakfast included. Whilst nice, the hot food section was poor. Usually just scrambled or fried eggs, Spanish omelette and sausage. The limited selection wasn't the main issue, which was there was no hot plate underneath it thus meaning all the 'hot food' was in fact cold. There was a microwave which I had to use to heat them up.

I had a very pleasant stay in this room! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view from the window. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was a small fridge and kettle which came in handy. The location is great — close to the center but still peaceful. The check-in process was easy, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The location was good being halfway between the beach and town centre. We used the local buses to get around as they were frequent and cheap. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces! Our room was quiet and very clean. Lovely inner courtyard for lounging or having breakfast. It was nice to sit in the front garden in the evening with a cold beer from the bar.

There was a kettle, tea, coffee and milk in the room on arrival but the tea and coffee were not replaced after the first day. We did ask for more at reception and the lady kindly went to source some for us.

Environment is so nice that furniture, de oration and lights, I think may be improved to make experience 'extraordinary" .. I WAS '"ALONE" ... So, no problem ! ... but I would have sone warm details if shared with a partenaire (flowers, decoration, more cozy environement (I have been working as advisor ...i. other areas ...and is just an advice ... nothing else !! - Push button in parking exit (-1) is pkaced in wrong position (not operable from tge car ... Very easy to adapt !l - Parking button on elevator, CRIPTIC !! ... ⚘️

The staff at Reception were helpful ,friendly, . and efficient We only wanted a comfortable bed for the night. The room was quiet and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities ,a lovely courtyard garden. It was very relaxing. We only used the cafe for coffee. It was excellent. It's a few minutes' drive from the centre ,but we ordered a taxi at reception and it arrived in.minutes at a cost of 7 Euro. It was just comfortable and easy.

Nice and clean hotel with an underground parking. Perfectly located, nice surroundings and exceptional staff. I’ve especially enjoyed visiting a small bar in the hotel, they have perfectly made Tinto de Verano and in case you’ve missed the breakfast (which is very good btw) you still can enjoy a cup of coffee together with a toast or fresh croissant 🥐. My room was very tidy and cosy, not a large one, but it was just perfect for my stay. Air conditioning works well. Many thanks to the ladies on reception for my comfortable stay. Alina.

Very very nice hotel in the middle of blocks of flats and hight buildings. But hotel is beautiful and very very nice reconstructed and equipped. Very tasty breakfast. Very nice restaurant and middle terrace for a breakfast. Underground parking is great.

Unfortunatelly we were not lucky with room because next to our room 032 started reconstruction and loud talk of workers in the morning and we woke up early because of that. Staff at the desk didnt offer compensation or price reduction.
