We had a team staying for an international tournament. The staff at Acteon were like members of our team. Supportive, happy to help and accommodating on requests. It all served to keep our organisation happy and performing. We won Gold at the European Championship and we consider the Acteon Team gold in their care of us.

Air con was ok but could be a bit stronger.

The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and three bathrooms. Good breakfast and underground parking. The location is fine, very close to bus stations, easy access to city center or to the beach. Valencia is a great city, it's worth visiting and enjoying everything it has to offer!

We loved the hotel, but it is really noisy, you can hear everything from the room next door (water through pipes, flushing the toilet...) and from the street, so it is difficult to fall asleep before midnight.

Fairly near where I needed to be for work, room is fairly large compared with most.

The bath with a shower in. I'd prefer a proper shower and the showerhead was a nightmare, the way it's fixed to the wall means that almost whatever you do it's going to point in the wrong direction as it twists back from where you want it. a fitting that gave the shower tube a bit more space would have allowed it to function correctly. Couldn't get anything on the television so gave up on it

This was our second time staying in this hotel and we came back because we like the area it is situated in, Camins al Grau, very clean and calm neighbourhood, and the breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are clean and staff really helpful.

There was one thing we didn't like - one day at the breakfast there were 3 guys who came straight from running to breakfast, sweaty in their clothes. We were sitting at the table next to them and you could smell their sweat which wasn't nice. It would be good to perhaps set a rule to not allow people to go to breakfast like that as I've been staying in hotels before which didn't allow that.

Breakfast was great, plentiful, and a good mix of local and international food. The hotel room was spotless and had great day to day housekeeping. Room size as expected. Bus stop just outside. Wifi worked all the time and well. Extra blanket if you needed. Ok shower gel shampoo and soap but not amazing. Had a tiny 'business centre ' but were kind and efficient in printing things on request. Plug sockets by the bed. USB charger on one side.

No kettle in room, the tea at breakfast wasn't a big focus for them, so bring your own if you are particular. Nice big mugs, though. Area was not at the heart of much but a good compromise between the university and historic town. As long as you get the plastic bus ticket asap and load it up, you get around ok, and the area wasn't posh but didn't feel threatening. There are supermarkets, laundrette and pharmacy nearby and a couple of good value restaurants.

Great facility, super-helpful and professional staff. Hotel is clean and wifi worked all the time. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice for sweets and savoury options, including local dishes.

A bit far from the city center (30 mins walking distance) but you can take buses. Would still recommend this hotel!

Warm welcome and professional attitude from the reception staff, especially Mr Victor. Comfortable room, very clean hotel and big variety of food for breakfast,also with very professional staff. Bottled water was available during the all days without charge. Free parking for bicycles. Bus station is very close to the hotel in both direction-beaches and city center. Even a metro station is not so far from the hotel.

There is no drying rack so no way to dry wet clothes from the beach. Restaurant is not open at the morning, no terrace for smokers an there is not vending machine to buy coffee in the morning early hours.

A spacious and very comfortable room (matrass) and bathroom. Although outside it is very hot, inside it is very nice, with slightly turning aircon which does not couse annoiyance at peak temperatures during the day. Silent room, good sleep. Centrally located to be strategically located in all directions. Parking unfortunately not included, but not expensive, and conveniently located in basement (safe).

The good point is they agreed to provide a breakfeast package every day although usually their regulation is to allow this only on the day of departure if the customer departs very early before opening of the breakfeast. However, I have to say that this package is too basic, to small, not healthy, and always the same. So try to go to the breakfeast... Don´t expect a special view in that area. Price very high (2nd half of August).

The bed and pillows were nice. Staff was kind and helpful. The hotel has all the services for a comfortable stay. There are all kinds of stores and services around the location, the bus stop is diagonal from the hotel.

For a tourist that comes to see Valencia's highlights is not the best option because is a bit far from the center. (35 mins by bus). However, if you bike is 13 mins and the hotel has a secured parking for your bike. Bathroom floors and canes could be better clean.

Spacious bed with great mattress. The bathroom was very spacious. The AC is excellent, powerful and quiet. The cleaning staff was doing a great job.

The furniture was a bit run down. We would appreciate a hot pot to make our morning tea in the room. Since there was none, we bought one, used it during the stay and gave as a gift to the cleaning staff when we left.
