Spacious room, great view, central location! Parking easy on the street. Giant bed. Nice chairs on my balcony. Warm swimming pool, very clean.

Communication went through WhatsApp. For some reason, I’m maybe old fashioned, but I like to see someone face to face with questions. For instance there was no fridge in the room but it turned out there was a fridge in the breakfast room where you could also find plates and cutlery. The house is quite noisy. You can they other guests. And my room wasn’t cleaned. So I had all my waste in a tiny little toilet wastebasket.

Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent. Room was spacious and the bed was big as advertised. The pool was beautiful and cleaned every morning.

The only thing we had fault with was there was no kettle and fridge in the room. Would have been nice to make a cuppa.

Nice apartment house with ~4 apartments and a pool. Clean and cosy, also the terrace is a very nice touch! Hosts are super helpful and friendly! Wifi works well too if this is important on such an island as Lanzarote :)

It was all good, these are rather some improvement tips based on our subjective opinion. It would've been nice to have a small cabinet in the bathroom for our toiletry bags. This is probably a given circumstance, but the walls and doors are quite thin, so you hear a bit too much from the fellow travelers.

Nice pool area with sunchairs, with some shade. Gigantic bed in the bedroom. It was nice to have access to the little kitchen (no cooking, but plates and cutlery) to have a picnic lunch at the hotel occasionally. The location is great to visit the island. The staff was really kind. Easy parking in the street. I would definitely recommend staying there. The breakfast was simple but very nice.

The hot water in the shower sometimes went colder for a few seconds.

We stayed in the room with the cactus terrace, which was really nice, especially in the morning, the view of the surroundings was outstanding. Staff was very warm and attentive to the guests' needs. We didn't use the pool, so we cannot have a comment about it. Breakfast was ok. I appreciated the fresh fruit every morning. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Timanfaya Park while being in a nice, quiet, and small village (Yaiza) , away from the touristic side of the island. Easy parking.

Maybe the only thing was cleaning/housekeeping.. Cleaning was supposed to be performed every day, but we often had the perception that the room floor was not cleaned ..so probably I would improve that.

Small hotel tucked away. Quiet with nice pool area. “Rose” room lead onto pool area via bathroom which was a bit odd but OK.

While owner was available by phone only other staff was for breakfast. If you wanted your room cleaned you had to have breakfasted and be out before 10.00. However on a three day stay that was not a problem for us.

It's really difficult to find anywhere to eat in Yaiza (at least in January when we were there - might be better later in the season). We ended up driving to Playa Blanco every evening. Everything closes up really early in Yaiza.

Breakfast is quite poor. Omlette is served stone cold, availability of stuff is hit & miss unfortunately (for 2 days eggs not available).
