Comfortable, private and very silent. Great night sleep for a challenging skiing day the day after.

This hotel is not made for Backcountry skiers. If you want to do something challenging from Titlis (like the Titlis Round Tour) and want to use this hotel to be in the way you will encounter some challenges. After 16 if you want to go up you must explain to the gondola operators you will sleep at the hotel, otherwise they won't let you go (with skis) - and even so they will be suspicious. Buying a ticket from trubsee to titlis also does not work if you have skis, because those tickets are made for 'tourists'. You will need a ski pass which you might have to get the day prior, in the valley.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The hotel itself is very pretty from the inside and the staff are extremely helpful and nice. Dinner and breakfast were good, especially the 4-course dinner and they accommodated a vegetarian diet. There is a great lounge for the guests as well. Overall, a very nice stay and a good start to a long hike the next day.

The room was extremely hot even without apparent heating in the end of September with cool night temperatures, so I had to keep the window open all night to sleep since the duvets are also very thick and warm (which must be great in the winter).

It was amazing) a clean room with a panorama view of snow-capped mountains and Brownswiss🐂 cows, very comfortable mattress, it is very pleasant to fall asleep to the sound of cow bells. for dinner was a few dishes and sauerkraut 🥣soup, the same as my grandmother used to cook, the taste of childhood). the perfect place for an informational detox and 🧘recovery.

The room was quiet and had a good feel to it. The food was fantastic. Breakfast could offer more vegan options like a spread, but there was Oatmeal milk which is great. We loved this stay as a start for our kike the next day.

The decoration and art where a bit repetitive. The amount of photos of cows, was for us as locals a bit over the top.

The hotel staff is awesome, we had to make a change to our booking and they were very welling to work with us. The service in the restaurant was great, everyone friendly and helpful.

the variety of food could have been greater. The evening meal was only one choice, where other places usually offer a couple of selections to pick from.. Overall the quality of the food was good

Great location; amazing nature; kids playroom and kids playgrounds around; breakfast and dinner are included; responsive staff.

We were informed that dinner time is 18:30-20:00. We came at 19:00. There were 4 dishes for the dinner in the menu. We needed to wait for ~45 min for each of the 4 dishes. The last dish (dessert) we got at 21:20. 2,5 hours for dinner is too much. Especially when we were waiting with a small inpatient kid.

Very good hotel. It is the best location. Beautiful like my dreams. But I didn't like one thing because I don't eat pork so the pasta was given to me. I didn't like it but ate it compulsorily to fill my stomach

Breakfast buffé was good, dinner was very good, and the Bistro 1800 restaurant does a superb lunch on the sunny terrasse at the hotel. Enjoyed putting on our skis and hitting the slopes straight from the breakfast table

The room is super small for the price. It was very hot in end of August and lots of fly so we open the window. Not so convenient when our room is by the ground floor. Will be better if we stay on higher floor

The room, the location and view are excellent. The easiness to get to the slopes and the walking areas around the Trübsee and the facilities in the ski room are very good.

WIFI in the room was a small "disaster", it hardly works for any convenient streaming of e.g. news programs. Should be improved! The lobby on the 1st floor is nice and comfortable, but lacks coziness, e.g. the lights are much too bright.
