The hosts were so welcoming and very accommodating. Martin and Marina could not do enough for us. They tended to every need. Breakfast was lovely they had everything you needed and were happy to offer more of anything if so requested. Their garden is beautiful and the location is very peaceful and quiet. Rooms and bathroom were very comfortable and had everything that you needed. The bed was very comfy, and a fan was provided as it was a very hot evening. We had a very good sleep.

Martyn and his wife were so welcoming, wonderful hosts.The Shepherds Hut was of an exceptionally high standard. A very welcomed pot of tea and cake. The breakfast pack was delicious especially the blackberry and apple jam with home made bread! Will certainly return and book an evening meal.

Lovely property in a fabulous setting. The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained by Martyn. Very clean and we were very well looked after, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

A little lacking in bedroom facilities. If you don’t mind not watching TV, or have no set of drawers to put clothes in (was a wardrobe to hang items) then this is definitely the place for you. On saying this, the bedroom and bathroom was extremely nice and comfortable.

A wonderful find. We stayed in the shepherds hut. Lovely hosts, great communication.The bed is so comfy. The hut is extremely clean with many extras. Delicious home made cake and tea on arrival. Delightful gardens. Great for star gazing! We cannot recommend this accomodation. highly enough. Delightful and interesting historic church worth a visit. Had evening meal at the nearby New Inn, very good quality and very reasonably priced.

The property was a beautiful thatched cottage in a wonderful, peaceful location with a picturesque garden. The house was immaculate!! Every room was clean and very well maintained.

Nothing - it was everything we wanted & more!

The location is so beautiful and perfectly looked after. We were welcome warmly despite arriving late. Everything was decorated with care and taste. It was pure bliss staying at the Corner House, I hope to come back. The breakfast was delightful as well.

All magical, no down point!

Beautiful shepherds hut, equipped with everything you need for a few days away and a really comfortable bed. The Sauna was a wonderful addition with great views into the open countryside. Martyn and Marina were the perfect hosts and cook a superb breakfast.

Very rural & wonderful old villages surrounding the house. Gorgeous garden & lovely room.

It was all excellent, the only thing we’d change is a king size bed in the room. The double was comfortable but just a bit small.

A fantastic quiet little property with great hosts. They offered us home made cake, buiscuts and tea when we arrived and were more that happy to help with everything. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, great garden, quiet and in a lovely location.

The only complaint I could have is that there was no TV in the room which didn't bother us much anyway

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful rural B&B with a lovely warm welcome and delicious food. Spotlessly clean and a warm, comfy bed. Faultless. It was our wedding anniversary too, and Martin & Marina gave us a lovely card - a really nice touch. The shower was as hot as you like, and the surrounding gardens really couldn't have been better. Having a nice bird feeder outside really made the place feel like a nice country stay.

Perhaps the only part of concern was as we went out, the owner must have gone into the room to close the window, In itself, not a massive problem, but once guests are in the room, they should have complete privacy. Perhaps it's because we are city folk, but it just felt a bit 'weird' that someone had been in the room whilst we were out. And perhaps it's just something to do with a lovely country house stay, but my wife was somewhat surprised that there was no television in the room. Personally, I loved the peace and quiet, but my wife likes the noise of a TV to go to sleep. The option would have been nice. Still, a 10/10 stay.
