No matter is pretty close to the Wall the location of this hotel is good. Walking distance to the main attractions, including temples, restaurants and bars close by. Friendly staff. If you have early tours please let them know in order to have basic breakfast ready for you early in the morning. The hotel is clean. Good value for the room rates. Good breakfast, delicious fruits. I saw some of the guests enjoying the pool area. I do recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is small and friendly. It is well located. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of clean drinking water supplied. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed

No elevator. The pool needs a heater as it was always too cold to swim in. We stayed a week and our sheets were not changed. When they made the bed they just pulled up the covers. Took me ages to find my handbag as it was so under the covers even though the bed was “made”. No coffee for a cuppa in our room. Only provided one key for the room, which was really annoying. We were overcharged for a tour we booked with reception

The had great service: ordered a taxi for our departure and above all: when I forgot my i phone they came to the airport to give it to me. Really a great service!!

We had the big family room on the top floor and we had an amazing Time. Everything was clean, the beds super cozy, the room spacious, the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was nice too. It is located in a great area in Old town and we had a quiet and relaxing stay in the midst of town. The pool is clean and there’s a couple Tables and benches around for a little hangout. it was the perfect start to kickoff a family vacation. You can even do your laundry upstairs for free and have space to hang dry it, awesome! Would 100% come back!

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and the included breakfast was good. the room was spacious and comfortable. the pool was a little bit cold as it didn't have any direct sunlight after 10:00 a.m. but it was more than warm enough to get yourself in. I would stay again if I got a good rate again, although I have noticed that it fluctuates quite a lot depending on how busy it is.

it's not that I didn't like it but so people are aware, we were on the 3rd floor with no lift so there was a few stairs, and for some reason our room was the only one that didn't have a bench seat outside it, which would have been nice c303.

Very good location. The room is rather small, but it was ok. The bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is great. The second pool is only a very small pool for children. There are a limited number of sunbeds, with lots of shade. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. It's in a different building. Lots of fruit. We had a problem with the electric kettle they replaced it in the next day. Wifi and AC were working good. There is a free washing machine on the third floor. Even the detergent is free. There is no dryer, but there are lots of hangers.

There were ants in the bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but there are no elevators.

Everything! This place was amazing. The staff (every member) were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. They helped me book activity packages and arranged the transport. They were quite intuitive to my needs while also not hovering. The breakfast was delicious! You can order between maybe 4 different breakfast plates. I ordered the pancakes and it was surprisingly delicious. They provide a more savory breakfast buffet, but also include cereals, yogurt and pastries. The room was comfy and very clean. They provide basic amenities and slippers. The bathroom was also clean. The pool was clean. The location is close to restaurants and a night market. You can also use their washing machine for free and hang your clothes to dry. The entire vibe was relaxing and intimate. I would highly recommend this property!

Nothing! It was great! But keep in mind there are no lifts to get to the 2nd or 3rd floors if you struggle with stairs.

Lovely hotel in a great location - just a stone's throw away from local restaurants and shops, but down a quiet lane. Our rooms were delightful - comfortable beds, efficient aircon, super shower (with hot water!), coffee/tea making facilities and also a great selection of hot and cold options at breakfast. The staff were lovely and our rooms were always spotlessly clean.

The bed was great, location great, breakfast good, pool great, service great.They have 2 washing machines and ample undercover space with coat hangers to hang washing all free.Staff are wonderful. The only reason I haven't given excellent for everything is the price

The hotel to us does not reflect the price charged. I realize we booked on the day (my husband just got out of hospital) and it is getting into the tourist season but we are now staying on an island on the beach for the less. Great place but does not warrant the price charged.

I loved the location of this place, as well as how beautiful it was. Lots of nice little sitting areas outside, and just a cute little piece of Thailand. Also my husband was having horrible shoulder pain from am injury, amd they provided us with lots of extra pillows for him. Very nice pillows and bedding.

The pool was beautiful but it was pretty much in the shade all day so not perfect for lounging as the pool was pretty cold. The beds are on the hard side but that's pretty standard for Thailand.
