Staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great and very scenic. The villa was well equipped and have plenty of amenities. We liked their new application that is used for all interactions and room service.

Nothing, the trip was excellent

1.) Excellent and efficient buggy services which responded to my requests by simply just using the apps. 2.) Superb room service as we were almost freaked out on the lizard in our room, and the staff literally just took 2 secs to take it down. 3.) Pretty cute way to indicate for room status by just placing different turtles on the gate.

1.) Too many little cockroaches in the room (photos attached). 2.) Slightly over-friendly staff (Hakemi if I'm spelling his name correctly), which is not really suitable for an introvert person like me. 3.) The location is slightly far away from the attractions and town areas which usually took us more than 30mins drive per travel. 4.) Too limited choices and varieties for breakfast. 5.) Beach are dirty and full of trashes & garbages (or probably they were being pushed up onto the shore due to the raining season during my stay). But still, the unpleasant smells were stopping me from enjoying the beach.

The resort, the staff, the food, the service.. everything was simply wonderful! It is such a beautiful place and paired with the amazingly friendly staff, our stay was amazing!

The room is spacious and comfy. The cleanliness. The pool view.

It is difficult to walk around. There was a little baby lizzard type "gekko" sharing the room with us from time to time. Although it is seems protected bt the environment laws but me and him are not friends.

The room and the view were amazing.

The roads to the hotel were flooded and we couldn’t get out for a whole day! We checked out a day early and still didn’t receive the refund for that one night until today.

Our stay at The Shore at Katathani was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with warm hospitality and personalised attention. The private villa with its own pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning sunrise was unforgettable. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and plenty of quiet corners for relaxation. The infinity pool and beachside areas are perfect for unwinding, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and romantic. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the in-room dining service was prompt and high quality. We also appreciated the small, thoughtful touches from turn-down service to buggy rides across the property whenever needed. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway in Phuket and will definitely return again.
