The hotel is located in central to Istanbul's old city, so every market is within walking distance. The room and other facilities were very stylish, it has a free pool and sauna. The hotel management was very professional and friendly. The hotel also gives free breakfast and dinner and both were delicious.

The management should pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance staff. The trash bin in the bathroom in my room was not emptied and my parents' room had stained bed sheets and their heating wasn't working. However, the hotel's management immediately sent somebody to fix those problems. Also, most of the service staff (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) didn't speak English so communication was hard. Also the rooms we stayed in didn't have any windows that look outside of the hotel (one room with window to the hall and another one to a brick wall since it was in te basement)

I recommend this hotel for families with kids. in the neighbourhood there are two playgrounds, we also spent nice time in the swimming pool. Breakfast and Dinner were included in the price, that made it easier to start and finish the day with kids. there is also clowns that comes to entertain the kids and give them balloons. Huda and Murat, the Guests relations who we met at the restaurant were very friendly and they worked hard to make us feel comfortable. Staff were very friendly. rooms were clean. I will visit this hotel again.

The team was absolutely AMAZING. The front desk team, they were attentive to us from check in to check out! Also, those who were at the pool, they were great in helping us get started. Murat (dinner service) Murat Bey (evening cleaning crew) and Chaisma (I think that’s her name. I tried to get her name from her badge) she was the guest service manager. When I had an issue with the room she had it corrected immediately. The staff is an absolute 100/10 ✨ The pools were amazing and clean highly recommend! I received the MOST WONDERFUL birthday surprise from the team. It was thoughtful and I was very impressed and thankful.

The room. 😕 great view. The tub nor the shower drained. Two days no one came to clean the room. Murat Bey came at around 9pm and helped us out, he changed towels, trash and gave us new soap 🙌🏾. The window that separates the bathroom leaks onto the ledge. The adjoining doors were not locked. I had to request someone to come and lock it after someone tried to get into the room.

Great location, staff are the best, kind and helpful. Even got me a cheesecake on my birthday. Room is nice and big, jacuzzi very big.

Food was okay but not great.

The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Staff speaks English and Arabic. Ms Huda is being really helpful and communicates well. Location is also very nice, on broad road where Taxis / Cabs can be parked and easily without disruptions to traffic. Underground metro is just beside the hotel

Iocation was excellent. All main attractions were 2 stops from hotel.Tram and metro were nearby hotel. Food and resturants were beside the hotel.

Only thing i didn't like, they need to improve their breakfast instead of so many vegetables in the breakfast change into beans , fried eggs hash brown,bakery things like croissant, pain au chocolat, different types of bread and variety of fresh fruits.

The location was perfect (an easy 25 minute walk to the shopping, museum and sites) . Unfortunately the pool on the roof wasn’t in use due to the weather otherwise the inside pool was good enough .

The fact that our room had no windows (this was an oversight on my part) our bathroom had a leek which they attended to right away (but that’s all I didn’t like about our room). Otherwise the property is ok and I would recommend it.

The location is great the breakfast was really good and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel as overall the property was good.

The room is slightly smaller than the pictures depict. There were a few issues with missing towels and bat mats and slippers. Slippers are needed as the floor is all tiles. Probably great in the summer but when the weather is 1 degrees slippers are needed. The other minor issue is related to a slightly pushy concierge who is charging double for trips, which is expected as it’s the hotel prices and he needs to make living via trip arbitrage. The main issue for me is the way he made me feel guilty about not buying a trip from him.
