The room and the bathroom were big and we got everything we needed: in the room there are multiple shelves to easily store our stuff and there was also a kitchen corner. The hotel is located few minutes walking from the city center. On the check out day, the staff nicely let us store for free our luggages (and we had many of them!) in the storage room, locked and accessible only by the staff members. This made us feel extremely safe to leave our luggages there and free to explore the city. I highly recommend this place!

The furniture are a bit dated and this could make the room not look great, but if you don't look for a fancy place the confort, the kindess of the staff and the quality of the services pay it back!

Easy check-in and check-out. The location near the train station is very handy. The bed was reasonably comfortable

Very hot in the room and no air conditioning. A fan was provided which helped a little. We were misinformed about arrival and check-in times. Check-in was indicated on the website as being until 8pm. We were planning on arriving at 10pm, so I contacted them. I received a message from the hotel telling me to check in at the neighbouring City Résidence hotel, because (they said) reception would not be open at that hour. When we arrived at the City Résidence hotel, they were surprised, told us the City Access was open 24h, and we could check in directly where we had booked. I don't understand why the wrong information was both posted on their website and sent to me via private message.

Spacious room with Kitchenette (Which we somehow missed in the information - so pleasant surprise). Comfortable beds with a well ventilated space. We were on the far western wall of the building with our window open and didn't hear a single train so don't worry about trains being 'loud' Staff were very friendly and helped us through out french speaking (Not native Speakers). They were patient with us and were happy to keep continuing in french. Facilities were easy to use and everything ran smoothly. Receptionists were happy to help with any problems.

Good location. Close to the train station and the Lufthansa shuttle bus stop. Also the city public transport stops 150 meters away, also a grocery store nearby. The room has a fridge, dishes, it is spacious. Very kind breakfast staff, I was able to prepare breakfast for myself the day before because I had to leave early. The apartment hotel corresponds to two stars, so you can't ask for higher standards for this price.

The room could use some cosmetic repairs, and the breakfast could be more varied. There was no wine bottle opener and no wine glasses.

The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the city centre as well as to the Central train station. Very well connected very close to bus stations. Easy accessible. The room was quiet and clean. They do not provide cleaning every day, only once a week, but it is OK. The room looks like a small apartment, it has a kitchenette and a functioning stove, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. The staff is very friendly. The lady working at the breakfast room is really nice, I love talking to her.

It is a decent place to stay. I would only like to suggest putting bigger boxes of shampoo in the bathroom.

I stay here on my business trips. This was my second stay. It is very beautiful, especially due to its location. Close to the train station, shopping mall and public transportation. You can reach the intersection point for transportation named Homme de Fer by walking in 6-7 minutes. However, it should be known that it is not a very luxurious place, but it is functional. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. I did not experience any internet problems. A similar accommodation facility is located right next to it with a similar name.

There was no hair dryer. Television channels were only in French and were quite limited.

The Hotel is in good connection. Not too far from The train station and also tourists sites. The Hotel has everything you need, you can cooking simple meal. There are microwaves, refrigerator, stove and all stuff for cooking like frying pan, pot and cutleries (Not include the seasoning). We love this hotel for this reason. Because we always prefer to cook our meals than eating out.

The bed was too short for him and the chair also too small, so he sits really uncomfortable. We heard very often of noise from the bathroom. We thought it might from machine or engine, we don’t know. For the first time we were disturbed by this strange noise, but after many hours we used to hear it.

Just a 10-minute walk from Gare de Strasbourg, this hotel is a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly kind and went above and beyond by allowing an early check-in. The room feels like a second home—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, with reliable hot and cold water. Fresh linens, 24/7 high-speed internet, and a centrally heated room makes this place perfect. Can’t wait to visit again—thank you for an amazing stay!

A simple continental breakfast which was sufficient. The location is on 2 bus stops from Strasbourg station from where you can catch buses or trams to all parts of the city. A local Carrefour Express is a few minutes walk., which can provide basis food essentials. Room has a microwave and two hot plates and a small refrigerator. Also there is a smallin-house laundry consisting of two washing machines and 1 large dryer. Wash is 3.50€ and dryer is 2€.

Expected to empty garbage in outdoor dumpster when we leave. No English language TV channels available. Not everyone is fluent in French or German.

Simple, but functional. It totally met our expectations. Top location, the Carrefour Express is literally two minutes away, the train station is a seven-minute walk, the heart of the city with the Cathedral and Le Petit France - a fifteen-minute walk, with lots of restaurants, fast food places and shops on the way there. The room was spacious enough for us, we had a working microwave, hot water pot, large enough fridge, plates, cups, silverware, wardrobes with enough space. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the heating was on, though it was the end of March. Not noisy at night. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

The room could use some color - e.g. the walls and sheets. Things are a bit worn, but acceptable for the price.
