The location is noisy but the hotel room was quiet ( other than the bells at the church).

The hotel staff was super nice, but sometimes it is on the expense of professional, during our stay they: 1. Gave hotel keys, without proper verification. They just asked for name and date of entry, did not check ID. 2. Opened our room safe without checking who we were. So in theory, we could break into another hotel and steal the safe contents with the hotel’s staff assistance… The location, Piazza Navona is central but over crowded. I think it was great in the past but now it is over priced and the crowds are something you cannot ignore. So I think I would avoid that location in the future.

It feels unnatural to call this a hotel, it is a work of art! literally! Rich I’m history, exquisite, breathtaking, jaw dropping! our room overlooked the Piazza Navona, the staff is exceptional, the breakfast spread on the terrace out of this world! do not hesitate to book here!

I didn’t like that I had to leave. I want to live there.

The staff were fabulous! Location fabulous, close to hundreds of restaurants. You can walk to all the attractions if you want. On arrival to our room I could hear opera and opened our window to a beautiful concert in the church next door, that was my highlight 🥰

Unfortunately we had an issue with the hot water not working twice but the staff rectified it and then upgraded our room. We loved our first room better. The lift broke down but wasn’t an issue as we used the stairs anyway. So I wouldn’t not highly recommend here but these were the issues that presented on our stay.

This is your place if you like staying in a true Italian Palazzo in one of the best areas of Rome. You are right on piazza navona and within walking distance of the trevi fountain and the pantheon . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious . Beds are very comfortable with crisp white linens. An excellent breakfast was included and at night we enjoyed the view from the hotels roof top terrace - the highest in all of Rome . Thank you to the team of Eitch Borromini for making us feel right at home for our stay. We will be back!

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is also wonderful - I would like to send special thanks to Dragos, who has been especially kind and helpfull during our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but confortable and clean, and the bathroom is nice and big enough.

I would recommend to change the sheets - the system is wrong - right now the blanket is just put between two regular bed sheets, so if you move during the night you end up covering yourself only with the blanket, not covered by a sheet, and I guess that the blanket is not washed as frequently as it should. I have never seen this system before in a hotel and it’s rather inconvenient. Breakfast options could be improved, since it is quite limited and basic. Also, our room was located right next to the stuff room. I would suggest the staff to try to limit the noise - they are very loud and banging all kind of stuff.

Absolutely will be back. Christiano was amazing from beginning to end, always responsive to my emails prior to check in and recommendations of restaurants near by a plus. The location is incredible, walking to all major attractions and enjoying the picturesque cobblestone streets with cafes and sores was a delight. and all the staff friendly. The rooms were excellent and spacious, the suite with the view was a pleasure to overlook at Piazza Navona but the Spa Suite was out of this world :) Love Love Love all of it, a Must stay in Rome!

Perfect location, fantastic suite accommodation. Every single member of the reception staff was excellent. Very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. They made us feel very comfortable.

Because our experience at this hotel was so wonderful I hesitate to write of our disappointment with the women staff at the rooftop bar and in the dining area at morning breakfast. All the men staff were professional, cordial, and sincere in their desire to represent the hotel as elite, whereas the women staff were not up to par.

During our stay in Rome I fell and injured my ribs. On the day of checkout the reception employee Manuel allowed me to rest in an alternate room until our pick up taxi came. I would like to thank Manuel for his kindness thoughtfulness and exceptional service that I will always remember.God bless him. All the other staff were also very good including the staff at breakfast, the bellboys and especially thanks to the wonderful and kind doorman during the day who always helped me go up and down the high entry stairs by offering his strong arm to hold onto and his wonderful smile. Thanks also very much to kind Stefano from reception who did our smooth checkout and also carried all our luggage from our room to the entry, all this with a smille. The hotel is exceptional, well appointed, in the best location and beautiful.Breakfast was wonderful and abundant yet tastefully prepared and arranged. Will never forget this hotel.

perfectly located and walking distance to everything you would want to see in Rome. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Always felt safe there and in the area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
