The specialty restaurants were good. Gym was good. Beds were comfortable..

The beach was not really swimmable. The entertainment was a bit weak. Restocking of room each morning was inconsistent. One elevator was not working so there were long waits. Would not have kids in the pool with swim-up bar. Plenty of other pools for kids.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH GREAT VIEWS. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND THE PROPERTY IS GREAT!

THE VERY LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 10 OR 10:30 AT NIGHT IS DISTURBING. I REALIZE THEY HAVE WEDDINGS THERE BUT THERE ARE MANY GUEST WITH FAMILIES THAT NEED SLEEP.

I loved the staff. Shout out to Fidel (water aerobics and karaoke), Bernardo (crepes) Maria (excursions on Secrets side or anything else we needed) Fabiola (concierge) and Ignacio (Mexican restaurant). The beach was a bit rocky over this way but you could walk far on the beach if you headed toward the marina. The rooms were acceptable but the views were amazing. We highly recommended getting the VIP pass if you’re on the Dreams side. You will have access to everything on the Secrets side except Preferred Club and Oceana breakfast. If you want quiet and adults only head to the Secrets side. It was wonderful having 24 hour service for snacks and coffee. Overall a great experience.

Pool Bar is THE place to be. The bartenders we had were phenomenal. Brandon and his crew worked their buts off and made it fun for all. Roberto at Marketplace was awesome also. Made us feel like we were 'royalty ' . Our Butler Ricardo was also top notch. It was my girlfriend's birthday while we were there last week, and, even though we were never in our room and always at pool bar...he ensured her gift arrived when we randomly arrived at our room.

Staff and accomodations

The pushy vacation club representative Vanessa and her Boss. I understand that you are advertising and promoting your Brand. However, at my age im not willing to be locked in a financial commitment. I came here to relax and enjoy my friends. And by the way.....NO...is a complete sentence....and Im not obligated to anyone to explain it. "Children do what feels good in the moment.... Location, restaurants, amenities.

We were first given a room where we couldn't sleep the first night due to the noise of some air conditioner outside the hotel, we had to ask to be moved to another room. The bed were too soft.

My family and I love all the amenities, location, food and beverage selection. Everything from the good ac to the friendly and down to earth staff. Highly recommend.

The jets in the sunken tub didn’t work and the resort app was working off/on. It’s understandable though I’m pretty sure with so many guests staying it would eventually happen. Otherwise nothing else. If the resort Manager reviews my survey please know your staff gives a new meaning to the word amazing.

The location was great and super close to town for exploring. Ubers were super cheap and easy to use getting around. The service from all departments was amazing.

The food honestly really isn't the best. It's a struggle with any food allergies for sure finding something good to eat.

All of the staff was great! We felt very attended to, which of course is the point of an all-inclusive purchase. Options for food and the facilities didn't disappoint. The beach was steps away and the grounds were very well-kept. Lobby music was nice as well.

Although I booked well in advance, my room was already occupied, but we did receive VIP status to use Dreams as compensation. My replacement room didn't have as good a view though.
