We were there on a wet and miserable weekend so having the multiple pool and spa options was very helpful with kids to keep them entertained. The room attendant Hope was lovely and helpful.

Only downfall was no onsite restaurants or cafe or food options we did have to venture out but would have been 10/10 if there was room service available. Quite a few rough sleepers hanging out nearby so some times was a bit nerve wrecking walking around the streets as a solo mum with two kids in tow. So having the possibility of food on site and not having to trekk out would've been perfect.

We had two rooms for our group, both were large and comfortable and cleaned regularly. Staff were really helpful, managing to have one of the rooms available early which was a huge bonus after a couple days travelling. The pool is great, a little chilly this time of year but lots of fun and indoor pool there for when weather is definitely cooler. There was lots of space in the larger room for two children and two adults. Both rooms had little kitchenette which was helpful. Location in CBD is great, we could walk everywhere and lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby.

The staff in reception was great. Very helpful and kindly organised a curtesy late check out 12 pm instead of 11 am. Apartment is very spacious but outdoor furniture needs an upgrade. Would be great to add some artificial plants in the apartment.

I didn’t like the outdoor furniture as it’s too old and needs an upgrade. Also didn’t like that the apartment didn’t have a Bluetooth speaker to play music. I stayed in other apartments in the same floor that they do have. The TV in the room should be located in front of the bed as in the current position is not possible to watch comfortable.

The most comfiest bed ever! This is something that shouldn't be compromised. Also the service. I had a few hiccups with room booking, with maintenance and room change. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and prioritised my requests.

Superior rooms in Tower wing say "most offer a harbour view", but not exactly. I got a half naked person in the apartment directly in front of me with a side of harbour view. Shower knob also came off and almost hit my foot. Spent the morning waiting to be moved to another room (which they prioritised) but I couldn't get into my work due to workplace interruptions. Parking is $45 until check-out, not 24hours.

Excellent service from the staff especially from Anita I think her name was? Very professional and accomodating. We booked on the evening due to a power outage in our area that would not be resolved until the next morning. Anita who was at the front staff showed us a couple rooms before deciding because the room we originally booked through booking.com was not available and it was an issue from booking.com. Anita was so accomodating she brought in an extra bed and made sure everything was set up and we were comfortable. Due to the booking.com issue and not getting the room we originally booked she managed to get us free valet parking in compensation for the issue. Thank you Anita.

We only stayed one night nothing was wrong.

Everything was awesome...the rooftop pool, the hot tub, the indoor pool & indoor hot spa was exactly the boost my body needed..luv the spacious rooms, comfy beds, close proximity to everything ..staff came to help us move our bags from 9th floor to 11th floor, wasnt expecting that, very awesome..luv how u have separated rubbish bins for recycling & landfill..wifey luvs the bath soak, extra bags, vanity pack so helpful thoughtful, dryer washg machines a great extra thanx S0 much

Cant think of anything we didnt like..our stay wasnt long enough..3 nites was great but a bit longer would have been fab too..see you end of september for my birthday stay..

I like this hotel as it accommodates for families, lots of facilities to enjoy - 2x spa pools, 2x swimming pools, gym, sauna, tennis court etc. I loved that the hotel had arranged for a special treat for my partner's birthday - hand written card, bottle of wine, packet of chips and chocolates. The view from the Deluxe Tower One Bedroom Suite was beautiful.

I'm not sure if the bed configuration was communicated to the hotel via Booking.com but we had requested 2x single beds for 2 of the Superior Tower Rooms we had paid for (they both had queen size beds). The hotel also wasn't aware that I had requested an extra bed upon booking for the Deluxe Tower One Bedroom Suite. As we had a long day, we didn't have the energy to get the rooms changed to what we had requested.

The room was spacious, the bathroom also. The view was over the inner courtyard but that was OK. The location was great - walkable to all the CBD areas, very close to the skytower and a stroll to the harbour front. The rooftop pool was lovely - it wasn't too crowded when I visited so could swim lengths and use the hot tub. The view was good from there too! Staff were very friendly. I was booked on to a Hiking New Zealand group tour that use the lobby as a pick-up point so decided to use the hotel as the pick-up was for 6:30AM. I'm very happy that I did.

The gym area was pretty basic. I was hoping for a sauna but it was cold and no amount of water on the stones could get it anywhere near hot enough. it's so large I doubt if it ever gets hot enough! The pool is a lap-pool, so very long and narrow - OK if there's just one person in but no good for kids to play in (even if they were...). I didn't use the gym, There's no windows so it's very functional and not a very pleasant environment unless you are very into fitness training. I went to look for the roof-top pool and that was much nicer.

Perfect location to sky tower, A karaoke bar, Denny’s is literally next door. $10 uber to the civic and Mr Hao restaurant 😂😂😂 The beds we sooooo comfy, Pool for night swims was amazing and relaxing. The valet was amazing as well. Absolutely loved our stay there. Shout out to Karine 🙌🏼 Staff that works there, she was so helpful and awesome. Amazing customer service.

Not that I didn’t like it but it did not have breakfast, so no restaurant for breakfast onsite but they had great recommendations. If they had a buffet breakfast that would of been perfect.

We booked our stay at the Heritage as we were spending New Years Eve in Auckland and wanted to be close to the firework display at the Sky Tower. We intended going up to the rooftop pool area to see in the New Year, but when we got to our rooms discovered they had balconies that gave us a full un-interrupted view of the Sky Tower and display, so 10 out of 10 for location! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bed linen crisp and clean. Tea, coffee etc was provided in the kitchen, which had all the basics needed for a short stay. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, there was also a washing machine and dryer if needed.

As a heritage building, I expected the rooms to be in an older style, but even so, I felt the rooms are a little tired and could do with some help. For example, the cupboard doors in our kitchenette were very wobbly, the shower and tiling in the bathroom were very tired, almost grubby-looking.
