The hotel is locelated near the central station (Stockholm's central station is huge, and can be quite confusing, as it as a bus terminal, train station and metro station, all in one.) Is is literally just around the corner from the Flybussarna, that comes from the airport, perfect. You can walk a few minutes for the metro and train stations, ir even to the city center ir Gamla Stan in less than 30 minutes. The room and bathroom were a quite small, but we booked the economy room so that was expected. But it was well enough for a few nights. Unfortunately, the shower drips a lot into the bathroom floor, making moving around a little bathroom even more complicated. The check in and payment is through a machine at the entrance, but the staff was there if help was needed and was always nice. There is also a luggage room to store your things before you leave. Overall, would definitvely stay again!!

During our 4 night stay, however, the room was never cleaned, there are instructions regarding that matter, you can ask and pay for extra cleaning. Also, the curtain did not fully cover out window so take a sleeping mask just in case!Otherwise, we slept well and given the prices in Stockholm, this was a great find! Also, there wasn't much storage space for the bags and clothes in the room but we managed.

Very central, esp. for the trip from and to the airport. Yes, the rooms ARE tiny, but you get what you pay for. I was alone in a double room simple and that was fine (I was only there for two nights so there was enough space for my little bag. A big suitecase and stuff for a whole week would have been a different story, there is no wardrobe or shelfs). Two people would REALLY have to like each other, I don't think the bed was wider than maybe 140 m? And more than one person in the bathroom also does not seem like a good idea. Barely any floorspace either, but exactely as described during booking. The room, towels and bedsheets were clean enough, the room could use a deep clean from time to time though (AC vents, rubbermarks on the floor from suitecaseweels I assume,... nothing gross). The interior is a litte on the old side and has its scraps and scruffs, but everything was functioning. There was handsoap and a bodywash/shampoo combo in the bathroom (I read in old reviews there wasn't before). There isn't room to sit in the room besides on the bed or the small bench for the bag, there was no chair (but a small pullout desk next to the bed). The lobby has a couple booths and couches though. There were two outlets in the room (plus two next to the door for cleaning I suppose), but no USB outlet.

Everything went okay and perfect with the stay, although I have complaints about the free transfer. Only downfall I got was the transfer on the first day, where the transfer was supposed to arrive around the time the flight would be landing, due to fog in Lisbon, the flight was delayed 1h so arrival was late 1 hour also, when contacting the taxi, he said he was waiting for an hour and so on, and because of that I had to pay 20€ to compensate. I don't know how this was correct since I had a free transfer and it was not my fault for the driver not to watch what happen to the flight...

Location is superb as the lift to reach Arlanda Airport is just next door. The hotel is above the bus station and is a stone's throw away from Central Station. It is also within walking distance from most eateries, Ahlen City Mall and the surrounding commercial areas. The room and toilet are clean. There is a foldable bed that is mounted to the wall but we have no use of it as there is only 2 of us.

The room is small even for the 2 of us. We only have a middle sized and a small luggage bag with 1 medium sized backpack and 2 small backpacks. No space for walking. The entrance to the room is slightly wider than a foldable chair.

central location, very nice staff

I am aware that an extra fee for pets is common, mainly for extra cleaning. But I do think charging 300 SEK is quite high, especially considering that there is no extras for a pet included (e.g. dog bed, water bowl, treat,...).

The hotel is well located, and the room has everything you probably need for a couple of days. There are some options for eating at the reception for an additional cost. In general, the hotel is convenient for spend some days in the city.

Previous to the arrival, the same hotel sent emails indicating the possibility of doing an early check in for an additional fee. But as soon as you request it the answer they give you is that they cannot guarantee the availability of the room at the desired time me. In the end, the room wasn't ready before the regular time for check in. Totally opposite messages.

The "Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central" is centrally located in the heart of Stockholm. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beautiful Old Town, Gamla Stan, and the shopping street is just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The Arlanda Express is right next to the hotel so just take the stairs down, and you’ll be there. And there is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the snacks at the hotel bar are delicious. It is ideal for solo travelers visiting Stockholm for a few days.

The location and friendly service is wonderful. For connection to and from Arlanda International Airport and the center of Stockholm, there is nothing better really.

The room we had this time was clearly a converted area perhaps once used as a social gathering area over what probably used to be a front entrance for the building before it became Comfort Hotel. The giant windows on a large curved section of the room are dramatic and hold potential if they were cleaned, including in between the pains. The wide window ledge could use a bit of polishing and perhaps some plants, even plastic...if kept clean. The heating is good, but the floor, because of the conversion, is chilly. The trim throughout needs paint touching up. With a bit more attention, the ecclectic room will be very nice.

The room size was quite good for one person. The location is amazing—I enjoy walking, and it's close to supermarkets and relatively near the main attractions. They also allowed me to do a late check-in, which I appreciated. Bed was uber comfy for me :)

I didn’t know that it was a windowless room, which hotels typically notify guests about. I also saw a sign stating that they clean the room every 4th day. While I understand this is for environmental reasons, the room I stayed in had dust floating in the air, which could cause problems for people with breathing issues. Therefore, I don’t think the every-fourth-day cleaning policy should be set in stone; if a room needs cleaning before that time, it should be done.

Great convenient location near station and easy check in and check out process. Fridge food available at reasonable prices
