Location is great. Close to LAs Olas Blvd. The apartment is spacious and very nice.

I would put an extra cover for the extra bed. I found the bed sheets but it wasn't a cover for that bed. Also the swimming poll is far away from the hotel. We went there only for 1 night it wasn't a big deal for us.

Central location in the heart of Miami Beach, just a few blocks from Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and the beaches. Very well maintained, modern, comfortable and quiet apartment. Beautiful and green patio. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site available (extra charge). Wifi worked well.

Parking may not be always available. Otherwise parking seems to be very difficult or impossible to find in Miami Beach. Despite request in the booking, baby bed was not available at first, but then the team made a big effort to get one for us for the remaining days. Baby high chair is not available --> would be useful for families.

Great location with close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Free bikes, although in need of a little TLC, were a nice bonus for getting around Miami Beach.

Check in was not efficient. Reception closed at 6pm which is fine but it wasn't clear what unit was ours and no instruction on entering the gate. I received my check in instructions via email 2 days AFTER I had already checked in. I witnessed many guests struggle with getting into the facility and their respective unit during the course of my stay.

The facility is very clean and quiet. The room was big and all amenities great. The staff and managers were very helpful and ready to help in any way. I would stay here again. It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, museums and other attractions all within walking distance. You really don’t need a car. Liberty Ave is 5 minutes away. Very convenient. A beautiful park is across the street. The Botanical Gardens 5 minutes away.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Facility manager was patient, understanding and very professional. Booking.com was not accommodating and very unprofessional. I will never use Booking.com ever again!

I hated the interaction with Booking.com. The first night was a horror. There was mold in the bathroom, bugs every where, and I spent the entire night/next morning having multiple asthma attacks. I checked in after 11:30pm but was charged for the entire day, the first day should have been prorated because of the inconvenience of the room and the time I checked in. But Booking.com just lost a great customer. I will never use your service again!

The first room we were given was very small and there was some staining around the bathroom and a stain on the sheets. Pointed it out and got moved to a great room that was much nicer and much cleaner. I think it was just a fluke to get a room that wasn’t a great standard. It was 4 minutes to the center and 15 from the beach. For the money I don’t think there’s better. I will stay again next time I’m in town. But make sure I book the larger room next time.

Bathroom seals need replacing. Bit brown and worn. Other than that nothing.

The location was perfect. Convenient access to so much including parking. Friendly housekeeping. Lighting options were many.

Noise transfer from outside in courtyard, neighbors and the office above me bled too easily. I awoke to loud construction each day and what sounded like furniture moving above me in office. The “black out” blinds weren’t as dark as they should be so too much light bled in.

I have stayed here before and it is ideal location and accommodation for self-catering in Miami. We checked-in "contactlessly" as we arrived after 1800 - had no problems at all as all the doors have codes and the hosts sent it to you in advance. I find them very responsive on Booking.com messenger - they are friendly and helpful. Makes it all very stress-free.

I have marked them down to "very good" on this visit as we took the studio and I usually book a two bed. The studio's aircon was louder than the bigger rooms and the location of the studio was directly facing into the court yead, so anyone coming and going, who isn't very considerate of others, can be heard. However, this is often the case wherever you stay. I will book a bigger room next time to avoid the studio location.

I loved this property! I made a mistake when booking and needed to change the dates, the property changed the dates with no problem. The apartment was Easy to access, each apartment had a parking spot and walking distance to everything!! The staff was PHENOMENAL!! I had to check out hours before I departed and the property allowed me to keep my luggage there until it was closer to the time for me to depart. They called me a taxi and just was overall extremely kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean and cute.

My only concern was the television didn’t work (no signal) but maybe I didn’t know how to use it correctly

It was a bit away from the main tourist area, which keeps the price down. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Lincoln Road area where there are lots of restaurants and another 10 from there to Ocean Drive and the beach. As others have mentioned, we were surprised how well the apartment matched the photos. It was a great size, plenty of space and having the washer/dryer a great bonus. We were only here a couple of nights but would have been happy to stay a week.

The only downside was that the second bedroom had a single bed in it, it could cope with a queen size or regular sized one allowing 4 people to stay. It was not obvious that the reception is in 1816.
