It was clean and modern, very pretty and put together. The location was great since it was a nice short walk away from Disney.

The A/C was the worst part in my stay. It felt that no matter how much we changed the A/C to be cooler, it had no change to the room or maybe wasn’t working? But it wasn’t uncomfortable to the point our sleep was not great.

The staff were amazing, the room so clean and modern, the bed was very comfy. bathroom beautiful and spacious. The balcony had a great view. TV was good with lots of streaming options. The location was perfect near walgreens, CVS, a local shopping mall, so many food outlets with dumplings, sushi, pizza, sandwiches, noodles, rice, burgers, 7/11, McDonalds, Dennys and lots more. There was also a very nice large mini mart conveince store in the hotel open till 11pm daily. You could see disneyland from the upper floors of the hotel. Its a short walk to the entry of disneyland and california adventure park. The airconditioning works well. Great pool and spa. All in all a great hotel in a very clean area with lots of things around it that are useful. Loved this hotel. I stayed 7 nights.

Nothing (well maybe the price of room service, I didn't use it)

Staff was all very friendly and helpful, literally every single one we encountered in the lobby, hallway it did not matter super helpful and kind. The room was clean, well stocked and best of all kept up daily without asking, that is almost unheard of these days.

Small gripe, no shuttle to the parks, the Sheraton at Universal has one and we kind of expected that we would have one here, that was our mistaken assumption however we used Lyft and that worked fine after day one of trying to walk, that walk there is fine but the walk back??? Not so much. One other small complaint, the carpet in our room had an odd smell as if the prior guests had a spill of milk or something sweet and housekeeping missed it, it wasn’t the end of the world but it was a bit funky when we walked in and the room was a bit warm. Once it cooled down it was fine.

absolute nightmare checking in, I booked for my daughter ( same surname) I didn’t realize my name went on the reservation as Booking.com is under my name. Hotel refused my daughter and even though she had a copy of reservation and my email I had forwarded they wouldn’t budge, I called and begged them, tried to give the credit card it was booked on etc, but nope! there’s no way to reach anyone or Booking.com, I did change name on res and hrs later ( she had given up and went off to enjoy her day) they finally let her check in total pain and may not use again

Convenient location, clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room and bed.

Rooms are very modern and clean. Was on the 8th floor, had a lovely balcony with lots of room to sit and visit. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Nice and quiet. The walk to Disneyland was about 10-15 min but bus passes for in front pickup avail. Savor restaurant tasty for breakfast and opens early. Little store inside sells a bit of everything to include fresh coffee, donuts, yogurt and sandwiches. The grounds are kept nicely, grass and many shade trees. This will absolutely be our new go to resort when visiting Disneyland. No picketing at all while we were here. Felt very safe.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable rooms. I love the balcony. It was very clean. The restaurant had good food friendly staff and the store was well stocked. All around a great place to stay. The room attendants did a great job, they were quiet and friendly, very attentive.

The front desk staff was a little disengaged. I am a Marriott BonVoy member. My DIL made the reservations through a third party but no one asked about my status. I am a spoiled with the BonVoy app and was frustrated that I couldn’t use it. I understand about the points and that’s not my concern. Our final day a very nice person worked with me on a late checkout, so extra kuddos for that.

Everyone was very friendly, from the check in staff to the staff in the marketplace. The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the marketplace being open till 11:00pm (midnight would be better), we were able to get snacks and hangout out.

If I have to say something I didn't like, then the most trivial thing was there was only one elevator not working and so that took forever. Luckily I was only on the second floor, so I did opt for the stairs a few times.

Such a great hotel not far from the Disney parks (about a 10 minute walk), with a really large room and very comfortable bed. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in when visiting Anaheim and would book again.

Nothing really - the one small negative being an interconnecting door on both sides of the room so there was a little noise at times, but nothing too disruptive.
