An amazing property. I can only imagine the bad reviews were before the multi million dollar renovation, because the place was really nice. Wonderful room, comfy bed, friendly staff, was able to check in at 10 am for $40 which was very helpful. And they are making the pool area something spectacular. Casino had a nice vibe, more relaxing and enjoyable than Harrahs or Caesar's.

My only complaints: on checkout day, the elevator to the parking garage was broken, and we had to walk our luggage up the stairs. Also the air conditioner was extremely hard to control, it was too fancy for its own good.

Great hotel. When we checked into our room we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. When we went to our room it was freezing (49’) with no heat. After calling the front desk we complained and they were moved us to another room. When we got to the new room the upgraded us to a HUGE suite with a sitting area, bar, great view of the mountain at NO extra charge to us. The room was AMAZING! 1st time away from kids in 2 years. We had a great time at the hotel, the restaurant there and bar. Definitely will go back there in the summer

We had a great stay here. We stayed in room 1420 the room was nice and the view of the mountains from the wall to wall window was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities restaurants , bars, and casino was top notch. Our server Kelley at Park Prime was absolutely incredible and fantastic! She differently made our anniversary dinner the best and something we will remember!

In our room we noticed a couple of things that housekeeping could improve on. Behind the chair was a plastic knife with dried food on it noticed when I opened the curtains all the way. In the corners of the wall to wall window was a buildup of dirt and cobwebs ( both sides) this didn’t affect our stay and we didn’t complain. We just feel that management can take a little more time when expecting the rooms. We spent a lot at your establishment between our room casino and dining. We would definitely stay again don’t get us wrong.

very nice location. clean rooms. All Room service provided on Christmas evening that was nice. On site coffee place was open in the first half so enjoyed morning stroll with nice coffee. Rooms from Sunset Tower can get better Lake View from room balcony if paying extra and willing for upper floor. Facility has multiple lifts that are quick and fast so won't matter.

There were no luggage carts to carry personal stuff to the room so we had to make 3 trips from car parking to room.

The location of the hotel is perfect being on the stateline getting best of both worlds. The price was also fantastic and the property was well maintained. The staff was also very friendly and helpful as well.

The parking situation was a little confusing but we managed to figure it out. The first floor was only for valet so you have to self park on the second floor. The parking lot isn't connected to the hotel which would be a lot more comfortable.

The location, pool and balcony were great. The casino is fun and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The line to check in and the construction. Also the air-conditioning didn't work very well, so the room was a little stuffy.

They charge for everything. They are pretty cagey about it as well due to Major snowfall in the area the parking lot was buried there was no self working you had to park in the garage there was no available handicap barking anywhere but the garage upon check out I asked for a receipt it was at that point that I discovered a $15 charge parking I have a handicap sticker so after calling and battling with various managers they refunded it but I think it's pretty lousy to hide charges like that it was never explained on check-in and I resent it

Folks working the front desk were wonderful.

Bathroom, maintenance was lacking. The caulk around bathtub was missing, torn out and dark in some areas. The tub also had obviously been repainted and it needed a new coat as the layers were rough and visible. The carpet in elevators looked like they had been there 20 years too long, worn and bumpy. For a stellar hotel, these things just didn’t fit.

Check-in staff was very nice and helpful!! Suite was awesome! Pool area was nice too

Not enough vegetarian/a la carte/buffet dining options. No free self serve coffee in lobby (it was like $6 for a 20 oz cup). Would have liked to hear rock music inatead of the modern dance pop that was played in common areas. Would have liked to see live music instead of drag/burlesque nonsense.

Everything went very well. I'm not sure why some people have negative ratings for this hotel; it's a good place to stay, close to the main village, and had a king-size bed that I chose after looking at the photographs before making my reservation. The staff was also very helpful and kind.
