We were put in the handicapped room, which for us, at age 70, was wonderful. We appreciated the safety features and large bathroom. The bed was great. We would love to stay in this room again!

There were no luggage carts available when we needed them so we had to carry all of our luggage and bags ourself and it took 3 trips to the 3rd floor. One of the carts showed up eventually, but had a broken wheel. This was an inconvenience to us to have to carry everything, which was a lot, because we stayed for a week.

Everything was great rooms where quiet place was clean and well kept the staff was really nice and helpful and the location was great right off the highway next to Cracker Barrel

The tv was tricky to figure out and the coffee at breakfast was rough but overall everything was great

Great value for the money; room was bright and spacious and beds were comfortable. The property did have some disrepair issues; the bathroom had some damage that was not well repaired, including a towel rack that fell from the wall and was not remounted. The kids enjoyed the little pool and the breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and courteous. Will stay here again.

The maintenance and cleaning services could have been better. It would have been nice to have the room tidied and garbage emptied each day. However, we still enjoyed the stay and will return.

The beds were very comfortable. The size of the " suite" was great. The AC worked really well. The front desk staff was helpful.

The breakfast bar ran out of sausage! The floor near the breakfast area was incredibly sticky. Like flip flops come off feer sticky. That's really it. No other issues.

the rooms are good sized the hotel staff is very polite the pool was clean there were always pool towels available front desk answered calls in respectable time frame the breakfast was very good and plenty of seating area in dining area to eat among other guests if needed extra room items they were always available

the sofa bed didn’t have sheets on it when we went to use it and was very wore out mattress needs replaced

the rooms were big beds were comfy hotel areas were clean and workers were AMAZING

the rooms could have been cleaned a lil better. We had a used washcloth hanging in the shower. also could have used more towels as the pool had None and only 4 avail when we went up to desk and there were about another 10 people in pool

We did not have breakfast there. However, the hotel was centrally located to my mother's doctor appointments (she lives 3 hours away), to excellent restaurants, and to a couple of casinos. It was the perfect location.

The ONLY issue I had was the curtains in our room (#205) were somehow off the rod when we got into the room. I tried to fix them myself, but the "eyelets" that hold the curtain on to the rod were missing, so there was no way to fix it. I did go down and tell the desk clerk about it and that we did not do that. She said that she would let someone know. I told her that it wasn't a big deal and that we didn't need it fixed right away, but it would be a good idea to fix it before the next person checked in.

Right from the start at check in we were greeted by the most wonderful employee named Tracy. She made us feel so welcome and went over and above to make our stay outstanding! I would stay at this property because of this employee and how well we were treated by this woman

The wait at the front desk. Seemed like they really weren’t too organized. One clerk said she would play around with the rooms to get ours next to each other—the other clerk told her no—it can’t be done, like why bother attitude.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety! The server refilled everything as quickly as possible and was very friendly too.

There weren't enough towels, soaps, shampoos etc in the room so we had to go down to ask. Also, the pool didn't have enough dry towels either time we went. We brought towels from the room which was fine but had to get more for the room on our way back up to the room. Overall, these weren't huge deals but just little things that could be better.
