Huge room, comfy and great view, great location for downtown Dallas, Valet was easy. Free coffee in lobby.

Very dark room with no overhead lights. No single washing powder available to buy, Had to buy a big bottle for one wash in the laundry. No toilets in lobby.

The property was in a great location downtown, there were lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a pretty view of downtown Dallas.

The staff was pretty unpleasant. We tried changing our stay to stay an extra night and they were quite rude and kept mentioning that we booked with Booking.com which was apparently a problem. They wanted us to cancel our stay and make a new reservation with them (not through Booking.com) in order to stay another night. They also wouldn’t honor the room rate for the extra night, it actually doubled despite the hotel not being at capacity. If the hotel has an issue with people booking through Booking.com then it shouldn’t be an option at all. We ended up staying somewhere else for our extra night due to them being so hard to work with.

We had a great stay kids always point it out when we visit Dallas AT&T center it was right there

The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed help with something. The beds in our room were very comfortable. It was a reasonable distance from where I needed to be that weekend, all the while being affordable for me and my friends. The cafe on the first floor, while a bit pricey, had good quality food and beverages.

The toilet in my room felt like it was child-sized, so be warned if you have an average to larger sized derriere. The pressure in the shower rod was also a bit weak whenever I used it. The laundry facility was okay, but it came with its own issues. It's only accessible by half of the available elevators, and the soda machine and ice machine were both broken when I was there. Because I didn't bring my own detergent, I had to buy some from the front desk (weird that it wasn't inside the laundry facility itself) and be warned: the washer doors do lock the moment you close them, so absolutely make sure you have your dirty clothes and detergent and such ready and loaded up before starting it. Also good luck finding anything worth watching on the room's cable TV

Valet parking. Check in easy and uncomplicated carried out by Rashad (lots of information supplied) . Traditional building in a central location, easy to walk to places of interest, restaurants and public transport. Hotel has a coffee shop next door and there is a food court across the street for more choices. 10-minute work to Deeley Plaza. Large room with kitchen, sitting room (with 2nd TV) large bathroom with a bathtub. Good size bed room with 3 windows with views over the city and the “eye” art installation (spooky!) . Slight traffic noise but you can’t have walking distance to everything and not expect this. I did not disturb my sleep. Did not use fitness room!

Second time I was staying in this hotel. The first experience was better as the room was much bigger but it is also related to the time and range of booking as well. The place is not fabulous but it has a bit of a nice old fashioned style. In case you're looking for a standard international hotels network style place, book somewhere else. The location downtown Dallas is vezry handy.

Nothing really negative about this place. teh shower tap and bathroom display is the thing that would require most refurbishment but it's not a big deal at all especially if you're staying one night or two.

great hotel. I loved the historic aspect of it. the room was huge like a one bedroom apartment with great views. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to so many things. Staff was very friendly and helpful and loved the valet parking. they were fast and was always at the front door to assist.

being an old historic building it was a little dated in the rooms and the bed wasn't very comfortable. the bathroom had some broken tile and the carpet wasn't in great condition but for the size of the room it wasn't that big of a deal

The location is great. It is right in the downtown and there are many things to do nearby. The lobby staff is really lovely, they always talk to me and suggested options with a smile. The room was also clean and comfortable.

The room service only works if you ask for it before 11 and I checked in at 12 that day. Also there was no fridge in my room and breakfast was not included. Honestly, I think the prize is high enough to include breakfast, daily room service without necessarily request and fridge in the rooms.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel. Location just happened to be perfect. We did a lot of walking since museums are all close. Rooms were very clean and large. We had a kitchen, living room and bedroom. We were not expecting them to be that large.

We stayed in room 2020. The toilet ran all night and when the tank needed water the supply line was extremely loud. Our first night was not good for sleeping. I put in 2 different work orders, but was never fixed during our stay. I ended up shouting off the water our second night. Slept like a baby.
