Late when we arrived and no time for us before we checked out to dine within the hotel. Location, in regards to Nashville Airport (BNA) was perfect, very convenient, close, and the hotel runs its own shuttle service. The gentleman at check-in and the shuttle driver were very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Coffee shut down at 10:00 am. Would have been nice to have it available past 10:00 am or at least until check-out time at noon. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. No additional dislikes.

Excellent location and clean hotel. I stay here frequently. This is my new favorite hotel over the Music City Sheraton my normal stay when traveling internationally. The hotel was located off the interstate and close to airport. However it was a very private safe location. The room was very modern and clean. It was also extremely quite. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has not been overly busy upon arrival late or early, no wait time.

The pool for my kids. The comfort of the beds. The fact that when I called and asked for an early check in, they went ahead and blocked off a room for me and it was ready with no issues when we got there.

Breakfast. Not only was it way overpriced, but the pancakes were horrible. I don't know what they use to make them, but we couldn't eat them. Not only did they taste awful but the smell was horrible as well. Fortunately, the hotel was kind enough to refund us for the pancakes. However, we paid almost $50 for 3 drinks, 2 cups of fruit, 5 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of French toast and some powdered eggs. Not to be rude, but do yourself, your bank account, and your stomach a favor and go over to shoney's for breakfast. That's what we should have done, but we wanted the convenience of room service so that our kids could enjoy the pool for a little while longer before we left.

We came for Noah Kahan and just needed the basics. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of lighting and outlets near the beds. I also liked that the fridge has a clear door so you can see that it's been cleaned and whatever is in there is on your field of vision when packing up to leave. They guy at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and friendly as well.

The bathroom did not have a fan which seemed odd to me but there was not any mold so I guess it's fine.

The Hotel was fine, a little too COLD for my liking. The restaurant served Good Food, but even at todays inflation prices was out of reason. Everybody was talking about itI paid over twenty dollars for ham,eggs, Potatoes and coffee It was Good, but way too expensive for what I got, I could have purchased a dozen eggs, a half pound of HAM, a truck load of potatoes, and a gallon of coffee easily for $20.00. about half that price would have been more in line especially as a guest paying over $150.00 a night just to sleep there and oh, YES the TV was good but the satellite channels SUCKED, not even a local station for news or weather or regular shows, but now had I wanted to watch college baseball, college soft ball, USA football, golf, It would have been perfect. but not much of anything worth watching all week, No Major Sporting events, like the Indy 500, the Charlotte World 600, two of the biggest car races in this country and not available on the cheapest of all TV Cable, or satellite systems on this planet USELESS !!! All Staff were Great except for housekeeping, I was shorted a towle from the first minute and ask a housekeeper on the 6th floor for a replacement and was to told NO????? But the desk staff they were excellent. the Dining room and bar staff was also excellent.Hotel Clean and Comfortable Bed all quite nice.

Satellite TV SUCKED BIG TIME, Restaurant way too expensive for the tiny portions received. But the biggest complaint was the Satellite TV, IT WAS the WORST I have ever had in my 75 years of life and a complete disgrace to the hotel.

We stayed here for a concert in Nashville. This hotel was in the middle of everything. It was 15 mins from downtown and 15 mins to Franklin Galleria. Nashville had extremely high winds, which caused the internet to go out. Because of this, check-in was a bit lengthy, but the ladies at the first desk did an amazing job getting everyone in swiftly. I'm an aesthetic person. The lobby and common spaces looked great, but some items in the room - specifically the bathroom - looked old, but nonetheless, it was a great stay for the weekend!

The bathroom needs an update. The doors look older and beat up; the tub is old-fashioned. I think a stand-up shower would be so beautiful, and also, the doors to the closet were messed up. I didn't like the ceilings in the room.

I love the size of the room, the location, the view and loved there was a bar/ restaurant

The couch and some stains on it and the pillows on the couch was in wrong spots so the slide when you sat down so I had to rearrange them , just an idea of suggestions wish there was a dresser type in the room to put clothes in and set items on, but I will stay again

Proximity to the airport and the friendliness of the night staff at check in were both positives.

The property itself was wonderful. The construction leading up to the exit was difficult to navigate, and I had to bypass the exit to reroute to get to the hotel. I completely understand that infrastructure is not the hotel’s fault. It was my only negative.

Cordial staff. Had a noise issue (elevator) with my room location. Front desk moved me immediately. Handled it with understanding & professionalism. . Restaurant meals were very good.

Wish you serviced rooms more frequently. Also, would be great if you had complimentary coffee in lobby.

Coffee pot in room is difficult to use: way too small. Offer free coffee/tea in reception area
