Great stay breakfast was lovely no side plates, no spoon for cereal when cutlery handed out at door The breakfast area was very tight could be wider .

Stayed for 2 nights and room not made up so ran out of toilet paper and no tea tray filled up either .Do not disturb sign was same on both sides so no make up room sign available .Didn't get into pool last morning as was busy and was asked if we had booked kids Dissapointed .

The rooms are nicely appointed, great shower, safety deposit box and quiet. The hotel is located close to the Souter Hill bus stop to access town. Great gym with pool and sauna. The breakfast is very, very good as are the restaurant meals served on an evening.

I found the restaurant service either at breakfast or in the evening a little variable. Host / Hostess - generally speaking it is smiley and friendly, but on occasion it is not welcoming. As I said, the food is tasty and very good. Sometimes though and depending upon volume of guests (coach parties) the service could be improved. Upon being promptly seated, it was at least 15 minutes before I had to get some waitstaff attention. I ordered drinks and food, food arrived without cutlery which I had to then chase, drinks were stood on the bar which I had to follow up on. Upon checking out, I let the reception know when asked about my stay, and there wasn't any interest in my response. Don't get me wrong, it's a good place to stay, but I think the F&B service approach needs to be reviewed.

The room was large and clean although the carpet was a bit threadbare and the bathroom needed upgraded in areas. The breakfast was excellent, the staff in the restaurant were lovely very accommodating. The swimming pool was excellent however the changing rooms could use better private areas to change in and a family changing room.

We were unable to pay by cash which we didn’t realise and the manager who came to speak with us came in with a very abrasive attitude however after asking to see my phone at the booking.com page and also not seeing “no cash” on the page realised it was easy to miss and was a bit more understanding.

-although it wasn’t right in town it was quick and easy enough to get to by bus. There was a bus stop just across the road past the roundabout and we were in the town in no time. -room was clean and had everything you needed. There was a small dining table in the room which means you can eat in the room- the hotel does room service too. We did not eat dinner at the hotel however we were in the bar on the first night and the food smelled really good. -the pool was great (they also give you towels which is fab) sauna and steam room were nice and relaxing. -breakfast was really good- buffet style with everything you needed and more. Kenan in particular was helpful and kind. The staff at breakfast ran the place like a well oiled machine. Most recent stays I have had in hotels, the breakfasts are always manic and chaotic but was really efficient here. Nothing was ever left to run out on the buffet and plates and tables were quickly cleaned. -staff from check in to restaurant/ pool were all really friendly and definitely contributed to a great stay. -one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time.

I would be having to nit pick as overall everything was great. -the bar was quite expensive but understandable for its location.

Breakfast is good, restaurant is lovely. I’d suggest having actual hash-browns rather than the little bites also having some of the fried/boiled eggs available at the buffet breakfast as they take quite a while to come when requested. Staff were all lovely especially in the restaurant and the lady who checked us in at reception. Room well aired, spacious and clean.

No actual hash browns and having to way in boiled/fried eggs. Pool had limited spaces which is understandable in the summer there were kids fighting in the pool which was a little off putting, possibly a patrol of the pool every so often would help this.

We had a family room and its was great. Very big room, 2 double beds, but you could have fitted 3 in there. Big wardrobe. Nice and airy and bright. They have 6 EV car chargers which was a real bonus and being operated by the hotel they were charging a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice. Just a 10 minute easy drive into central Aberdeen

No charging points by the bed is a pain as we use our phones as our alarm clocks. The mattress was a bit soft at the edges, so we felt we may be tipped out if we slept right on the edge. The shower curtain was clean, but it kept sticking to me which was not enjoyable. The actual shower and bathroom otherwise was good. There was a 5 minute wait to be seated for breakfast (9.35am on a Sunday), but once seated it was all smooth and tasty.

My friend and I have stayed before in this hotel. It has quite spacious rooms, even the basic ones, and the pool with its facilities is very pleasant. These facilities, + the fact that we could get a twin room (not always available these days, double beds seem to be more popular) were some of the reasons we chose this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to reach by car and also by public transport. Staff are very friendly too, and helpful when asked about public transport.

The outside of the hotel is beginning to look a little tired, and the car park could also do with some tender loving care. The window in our room could do with replacement, catch half broken and the glas itself, well not very clear any more. Having said this, these things did not spoil our stay in the hotel.

A Family-Friendly Stay Thanks to Ben We recently stayed as a family with young babies and were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding level of service—especially from Ben at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Ben was exceptional. He went above and beyond—promptly arranging a fridge in our room so we could safely store milk for our babies. He also ensured there was a cot set up for them, anticipating our needs before we even asked. At bedtime, we realized the infants weren’t quite warm enough, and Ben kindly offered to warm their bottles in the hotel kitchen. He did this without hesitation and with genuine care—it made our hectic evenings feel so much easier and more comforting.

Receptionist at Leisure Centre has a rude and condescending behaviour.

Location- I was visiting family who live close to the hotel, communal areas were beautifully decorated

Arrived 45mins prior to check in time, rooms were ready but advised that we’d need to pay £15 per room to access before 3pm (most hotels I’ve stayed in will allow you to check in a little early if rooms are ready without charge but I understand this is at their discretion). Went to wait in bar area but, after 10mins had to go back to reception to ask if they could find a member of staff to serve us (took receptionist around 5 mins to find someone). However, all staff were exceptionally warm and friendly and, apart from delay provided excellent service and the food was fantastic.

Room were spacious, polite staff and bar area/ restaurant had ample tables. The food quality from the on site restaurant was lovely. Bonus, they do not charge for normal WIFI, the WIFI was good enough to support teams calls.

The room had a strange over powering smell of aftershave as if somebody had poured a bottle of it on the carpet by the entrance to the room and when i went to put the heating on a smell of burning/ cigarette smoke. Had to pay for carparking (£3) yet the car park it pretty much pitch black, i did feel a bit of unease parking my car there.
