The bed was very comfortable. The shower was easy to operate, the room was a good size.

When I booked the room I asked for a disabled access room, it was confirmed that I had been given one. The problem is the bathroom is not set up for someone with a disability. There is a step up to the shower tray, which makes access in and out of the shower difficult, there were no handles to give you any sup[port while moving in or out of the shower. There were no support handles to help you get on and off the toilet. I can recommend whoever is in charge of these types of fitments should visit the local Tesco store and ask for the disabled toilet key. Take your camera with you and you'll see how a disabled access bathroom should be set up.

The reception staff were very friendly, and provided us the option to have a drinks voucher instead of having our room cleaned (as we were staying more than 1 night, which was great). We received one voucher per each night we stayed and didn't have the room cleaned. Each voucher was equal to £15 (£7.50 per person towards a drink to use in the bar/ restaurant). The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable for the two of us. It was a bonus that parking was free. We had breakfast, which included continental and hot food made to order, which was delicious.

On our first morning, we discovered our shower was blocked. However, we told reception, and they fixed this for us immediately. Our toilet flush possibly had a problem, as it went on for ages. Our room smelt a little like caulk (possibly from the shower issue we had).. although this wasn't too much of a problem. We would stay again.

Having to go and find a member of staff to take my order and the long wait for drinks. The staff who were there were so friendly but I can see they were busy 1 member of staff during the dinner time and 1 on the bar ??. - I think the room would be more comfortable if a little bigger. Bashed my leg a couple of times getting round the bed. - I'm not a huge fan of the dark theme in the bedroom i found it depressing but I wasn't in it for to long. -

Free parking right on the marina and easy access to the hotel from level 6 as they emailed to let us know. Staff were all lovely and accommodating. Free drink for not getting our room cleaned which was fine for the two nights we stayed. Thanks all!

Location great for marina but not great for the rest of Brighton and hove. Need to get an Uber, bus or beryl bike otherwise you’ll walk an hour to the pier. Didn’t dampen our stay though, hotel was great and modern and comfortable!

Well presented room with good extras such as fresh coffee maker, tea, with biscuits and choloates. I also liked being able to forego room cleaning every day with vouchers worth £7 given instead, for each day of stay.

There were no hooks or rail by the shower to hang towels. One had to come out of the shower dripping wet and walk across the bathroom to get the towel from the back of the bathroom door. In the restrauant the menus offered were a bit short on vegetables and the very small amount of vegetable (singular) that came with a meal was practically raw. One had to pay extra for a side order of vegetable (broccoli)

Quality and space in the room was great, and the aesthetics were really nice. Great value for money, especially considering we booked late and turned up in the Easter holidays and for one of the biggest conferences. Free parking as well that's only a two minute walk from the hotel.

Not really a bad thing, just the shower was a little awkward. From the power of the blast of water, it kept facing towards the middle of the bathroom and soaking things, I moved it to sit on the hook higher up on the wall which pulled the shower cord taut and then stopped the water running, so I ended up having to hold it. But this really wasn't a big issue considering I was only there one night.

Views were fab hotel staff were very nice.. lovely and clean . Overall 10/10 for the hotel

However, the restaurant .. we paid a fortune for our meal - steak was 50 pounds and it was tiny. No sides came with it ,all had to be ordered separately. Prawn linguini was the worst pasta I have ever eaten. Prawns were over cooked, pasta was bland and flavourless. I was extremely shocked at how a chef could prepare something so bad. Portion sizes were tiny and the table beside us actually made a complaint that the portions were miserable. Get a new chef asap! Everything else was immaculate but I don’t like being robbed for terrible food! I poured pepper sauce over my pasta to eat it as it was inedible but I was starving. 4 prawns on a main course dish is ridiculous.

Horrible smell in room and hairs on the bedding. Was too late and tired to complain but housekeeping could have done a better job

Our club double with sea view had access to the terrace overlooking the marina - a real bonus. Bathroom, and shower in particular, were very good. Breakfast was tasty.. Key system for the rooms worked well. Quiet location - being away from the pier end of Brighton was a plus for us. Free parking. As much tea and coffee in the room as we wanted.

Room was small for the price we paid. Staff were very polite and helpful but occasionally could just do a bit more by way of service. We had to eat breakfast in the bar because we had our dog with us and we were forgotten about, so no-one came to take our order and then the 2nd time the breakfast took a long time to arrive. Reception staff are too glued to their computer screens and don't make eye contact with guests enough. You are dog-friendly as far as the hotel is concerned but there's no designated dog toileting facility - we had to go away from the hotel to the Asda roundabout to find grass. The signage from the boardwalk to the hotel could be better. The safe in our room didn't work. More storage space for clothes would be welcome.

Car park and entrance is confusing. Our room was small but comfortable as we only went for cheapest. My parents room was outstanding with balcony and lots of room. The hotel and stay is exceptional in every other way. We had Private Dining Room for family event. Abraham our evening attended was amazing, a credit to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. He made our time there and we can't thank him enough. The food was delicious and well presented with thought. Top quality and nice choices. Breakfast was equally tasty and a vast menu of options. The event team leading up to the stay were also very amenable and very supportive. My only negative was they presumed we knew where the entrance to the hotel was and we'd never been. So finding the entrances and working out the car park was stressful along with loading and unloading. Particularly with a disbaled person. I was sent a brief on parking which needed a map of entrances on it and floor numbers. However once again a stunning hotel, with kind and thoughtful service from Abraham and Ellie. Thanks very much
