Booked deluxe suite. Exactly like the photos. Lovely size room and bath. Was quiet and had a good night sleep. ( some road noise, can imagine there being alot more noise on a weekend )

Hot tap on bath was broken and shot boiling water over my partner's arm, which has left burns. It wasn't very clean. There were only 2 flat pillows on the bed. ( luckily I always bring extra with me ) There is no door on the bathroom, so it's a bit awkward if you're not comfortable going to the toilet in front of someone. There is no storage space, only a weird hanger display, which i think was actually an art piece. There is no reception at this place it's all self check in. If you park on the seafront down from the hospital it's a 5 min walk and £1.50 instead of £5 per hour around the hotel.

Very comfortable bed, great shower. Clean, pleasant smell.

Pillows were very small so didn't get enough sleep. there were no extra pillows, other hotels always provide extra pillows. the first time I encountered such a problem. there was nowhere to put or hang clothes, there was not even one hook so that you could hang at least a towel! Didn't provide a small towel to put on the bathroom floor. So the whole floor was wet even in the room.

The room was nice, not huge but far bigger than some in Brighton, it was clean and decorated well. We had courtesy Cheesy Puffs and Chomps with our tea and coffee facilities. The bed wasnt the most comfy but overall it was a nice guest house in a great location. We asked for an iron and board and they were brand new and in the room on arrival.

Very good modern room, lovely shower/bathroom, comfortable beds, clean, great central location, easy key-box access, quiet, very good value (under eighty quid), tea/coffee, iron, hairdryer, big towels, openable sash window, lovely street location.

Only one pillow per bed.

I like how spacious the room is and its comfortable and very nice bathtub to enjoy.

I don't like how the window cover can't latch. When the wind blows, the cover tends to move open.There is no door in the toilet. Furthermore, the shower does not have a hose either.

The location was really close to the beach and the place was cosy and comfortable. I felt relaxed in the place.
