Our room was beautiful, the bathroom is clean and love the tea and coffee station with biscuits. We also had breakfast from egg & spoon delivered to our door, the breakfast bap was delicious, washed it down with a large flat white and a nutritious smoothie. Great location, easy to walk to the Pier with plenty of pubs and cafes.

Only issue being on the top floor is the water pressure flushing the toilet. I had to hold the button down and doesn't help with my long nails. The pillows was incredibly soft. Would of been a nice option to have firmer pillows in the cupboard. But these are minor, I would definitely come back and recommend!

I booked this Hotel as part of my Solo Hiking trip around the South of England. It has this Brighton Character Artístic Vibe which I am not into it, but all the people love (and I get why). The room I booked was lovely, "naughty" (in a good way), with fantastic quality in the Amenities. For example, the quality of the Towels was really good. Shower was really good too. Honestly, the best WiFi connection in any Hotel I have been in England. The owners are really nice and they even contact you if they are not able to welcome you at the Check-In. All very comfy. I would def come back if I was with my partner. As a solo traveller I felt it was too much for me lol (in a good way)

Nothing to do with the Hotel, and can happen at any town in any country. On the way back to the Hotel at night, two guys tried to rob me. So I would def recommend Kemptown área in the morning, but at night go walk around the seafront walkable áreas. Prettier and safer. But again, it could have happened at any place and country.

Snooze is a superb place to stay in Brighton. The property is easy to find, inside it's beautifully decorated with lots of 70's memorabilia, we enjoyed looking at it all. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, a nice sized bathroom, there is a kettle for making tea and coffee plus bottles of water. Paul one of the owners was very helpful, as he wasn't going to be around when we arrived, he called and gave us very clear instructions on how to get in, plus he left the parking permit on the bed so we could park in the nearby streets, finding a space can be an issue but there are quite a few roads to choose from, check the map that is provided in the room. As no breakfast is provided you can have breakfast delivered from a local cafe - the 'Egg and Spoon' - as it's a very short walk we went to the cafe and got a discount by showing the Snooze business card. Snooze is in a great location, only a short walk to the Beach, Pier, Aquarium and The Lanes. Thank you Paul and Tony we will definitely stay again when we next visit Brighton.

The rooms are equally original with their own retro style and situated in a lovely part of Kemptown. Loved the decor of each room and we had 6 of them in our family group. The owner was excellent at communicating with us re parking (bought permits for our stay) and letting us know what was around the area including the lovely breakfast spot at the Egg & Spoon that gives a discount to Snooze guests. I usually stay in Brighton but loved the area.

The shower room is very small with a toilet and shower and sink situated in the bedroom, unfortunately no fridge

We stayed in suite 72 for just one night for our anniversary, I wanted something unique and fancy but affordable and this hit that spot perfectly. The host was very friendly, location was really convenient and the room was lovely. Incredible value for money. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency so didn’t get to try the breakfast, so I cannot speak on that, but I have already recommended to my friends and family and this place would be my first choice to stay if I was in the area again.

The property is located near Kemptown and about a 10/15 min walk from the town centre. Upon arrival the building is well maintained and as soon as you enter the decor catches your eye. Everywhere you look you find retro artwork and quirky decorations. Our room was a work of art packed with character and unique items you won’t come across usually. After an hour of taking everything in we still found new things ! Just fabulous! Everything was pristine ! The bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfy and clean! There is nothing I can fault in the room we rented. Paul was a brilliant host who kept in contact making sure we had all the information needed . I will definitely be coming back to stay as we often visit Brighton and by far from the 6/7 various locations we have stayed , this is the best !

It’s rare to say but there is absolutely nothing we didn’t like

The owners are extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the room. The room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice and hot! Communication prior to staying was excellent and Tony was great explaining everything to us. Location was quite central and only took around 10-15minutes to walk to the centre of Brighton. Snooze offers 10% off at egg and spoon Cafe which was very welcoming and much needed after a night out in the centre, it was just down the road from the hotel. Parking is a little limited but not expensive compared to other areas. We would definitely recommend staying here! We will be coming again!

If we were to be picky I would say the room could do with a fridge to store water.

Located in a quiet street in Kemptown with plenty of local shops, pubs, cafes and more. The hotel has linked up with a local cafe that provides a delivery service for breakfast, or a discount if you choose to eat there. The hotel is stones throw from the sea which was exactly what we wanted, and only a short walk to the pier. Absolutely loved the hotel! Each room has a different theme, taking you back to mid century with some fabulous styling. Not only was the room quirky, but very comfortable and immaculately clean! Our room was stocked with plenty of tea bags, coffee, biscuits, etc which were topped up and cups/glasses cleaned daily. Owners were there to greet us and there every day from 8am each morning for a few hours, so on hand if you needed anything. We were also assured that they were on the end of the phone when not at the property. It was also nice to see them at the end of our stay. We’ve stayed at several properties in Brighton and out of those 6, this is the only one we have found where you actually see a human from check in to your departure and it makes a refreshing change. Great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

Nothing to dislike.

The room was amazing and the bed so so comfortable. I was looking for something abit different and the styling of the room was on point. We both work hard and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever spent In !! The owners gave me a call on the phone before hand to talk me through parking and checking in etc as they are not there most of the time which I was so grateful for, shows that they care about their customers. We had an amazing time and highly recommend room 72 ! Thanks again to the Snooze staff.

Loved it all.

Kemptown is a nice quiet friendly area just 15 mins from Brighton centre. Nice shops and bars and cafes. There was an option to have breakfast delivered from a local partnered breakfast cafe - the 'Egg and Spoon' - we prefered to go to the cafe and got a discount as we were staying at Snooze. Great vegetarian breakfast!
