Lovely room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, nice shower, good quality towels. No staff - key code on front door, lock box for room key - but none were needed. Beautifully quiet and restful. Highly recommend

The kettle was a bit odd. The cable wouldn't reach to the nearest power socket, and I had to plug it in next to the bed. It only really held enough water for one cup (which was fine - I was on my own), which meant it was very light, so had a tendency to slide towards the edge of the bedside table. Not a big thing at all, but everything else was so good, it was noticeable

My room was extremely beautiful,the bed was comfortable,and so was the view outside.Everything was well set for me,I loved it.The bath by the window was the high light for me.Close to the shops and the beach,a walking distance to the bus stops

It was a bit cold,the heater didn't help much.I wish I had an extra blanket in the closet,as one wasn't enough.The pillows were so hard,and not soft.Could we have one long mirror by what looks like an old closet??I mean one mirror in the bathroom is not enough.As much as I loved my bath,could we have a mat near by,because I don't think is fair to use wash towels to step on them after taking a bath.I didn't have enough sugar and milk for the tea.Also having a mini bar fridge would be lovely as well.

The property is brand new, just been renovated, so everything was fresh and clean. The beds were comfy, the blackout curtains made it dark. Ear plugs provided as there can be a bit of noise when housekeeping get to work.

Some of the bathroom facilities were basic, the body wash felt more like dish soap and was just on the floor, a soap tray and slightly nicer product would be nice. Equally the shower seems to have only 2 temperatures, really hot or lukewarm. Also, no room number on the door, we were directed to the room, so it was fine, but would make sense. I understand the hotel is brand new, we were literally the first people to stay in the room, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, as I imagine these things will be rectified.

Only issue is the door codes and not having 24 hour contact. My phone was stolen in Brighton, and the codes to get back into the hotel and emergency number were on it. We tried calling any number we could find online, but couldn’t get through and had to bang the door until another person staying let us in, which we felt awful for, but it was that or sleep outside. Obviously it’s not the hotels fault and yes I could have sent the details to someone I was with, but you dont anticipate your things being stolen and it being an issue. So would recommend being prepared with codes to other guests, or for the hotel to have an emergency 24 hour contact number at the front door to help any guests that may have trouble getting in. Other than that, lovely place. Lovely location. Many thanks.

The bed was very comfy, the room was spacious and the ease of access was great. I was very impressed by the size of the shower and how much room there was overall. Also loved the lockbox for the room key as meant I didn't need to worry about losing it whilst I was out for the evening!

The shower, whilst good when I used it in the evening, lost temperature in the morning when I tried to use it. Not sure if this is because other people were using theirs at the same time or the cleaners were using a lot of water but could have done with a hot shower when I woke up.

The room was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable, though only a standard size double. The room, bedding and towels were clean. Online check was fairly straightforward, though I received multiple messages asking me to check in when I had already done so. On arrival the self check in access was very easy. The room was quite warm but it's summer! There was an electric fan that did a good job of cooling the room. Great location and as I stayed in a ground floor room at the rear of the property it was very quiet. I would stay again.

Fairly expensive but to be expected for a Saturday night in August. Not enough power sockets. Could do with a mirror close to a power socket for hair styling. Teeny, tiny kettle that took a long time to boil.

This property is beautiful! The room is spacious and the decor is really lovely. The bath in the bedroom is such a wonderful feature. The location is great, a few minute ls walk and you are on the beach and the centre of Brighton is a short walk away. The self check in service was well explained prior to our trip and messages were responded to promptly. Once we arrived, the self check in service was easy to use and there were no issues.

The location was great as its close to the beacg front. I liked the fact the hotel offer a parking permit as parking can be pricey. The room was clean and overall, the facilities were good. The room was a small and cosy but they made good use of the space. Bathroom is a little snug but it has everything you need and is clean with fresh towels.

We would have liked an extra lock on the room door, just to feel that bit safer. The walls are thin, which I know cannot really be helped and in the morning, there was a slight sewage smell coming from the plughole in the bathroom. It wasn't strong enough to put me off the hotel though.

Everything ... The location to the Pier was great, the town was great ... So many places to go and everything was walking distance. The room was perfect, my partner was so happy with everything! I didn't meet many of the staff but cleaner was so helpful, approachable and friendly. The weather was beautiful, made our anniversary memorable. If you want the nightlife, its the perfect location for it! So many places to eat 😁 Highly recommended 👌

We had an initial issue and the owner bent over backwards to sort it out for us. She was kind and helpful and clearly takes great pride in her business. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated and great location. Was very good value for money. We will stay again .

If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you as steep stairs up to the front door and slot of stairs in the hotel but they own Another hotel two roads up which is ideal .
