The bed was sooo comfortable. On our first full day, we called the number provided, to explain we didn't need the room cleaned, but may we please have some clean sheets, more tea, coffee, sugar etc. The kind staff, Wayne, insisted as long as we were comfortable, he change the sheets for us. He brought extra drinks to our room (more than requested), when offered a tip he kindly declined. Owner/management available to call when needed. Breakfast provisions in the room. Heated on arrival for us. Honestly, I stay in hotels A LOT, and this is the best I've been to in the UK in years....

The hot water in the shower did seem to run out. I had a full length hot shower, but when my partner jumped in immediately after, the water was running Luke warm. Not a massive deal as my partner then showered in the morning and I showered in the evening.

1 The location of the property was ideal for our purposes. 2. Easy access to the apartment even when we inadvertently left the key in the property. 3. Staff were always available to help and made our stay comfortable. 4. The apartment was clean.

1. Some of the furniture and fixtures need updating. 2. The fridge temperature was cool rather than cold even at the maximum setting. 3. Wifi access was below par with no access to most of the smart TV features including Netflix and YouTube, and access to the internet was constantly disrupted.

Fantastic location, right by the beach, and a 10 min walk to the Lanes. Very clean and had everything that we needed for a 2 night stay for 4 adults. The sofa bed is firm and comfortable and easily fits 2 people, and so does the double bed in the bedroom. Check in and. Heck out was all self service and super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We could have done with a couple of extra towels, but that was it. This is a great apartment.

I really liked the loft, Quiet in total relaxation! Inside you will find everything that a holiday home should never be missing! There are all the accessories for the kitchen including the washing machine and the necessary utilities for cooking, we had coffee and milk and juice available! For the children we found cereals for breakfast! In the bathroom you will find towels, This apartment inside offers a hairdryer, iron, and drying rack! Everything at your fingertips!!!

Take more care of the cleaning details, add more toilet paper, put a garbage bag available, an extra dish towel, The fridge still smelled of food. The TV is not connected to the internet, you can see the basic channels from the remote control and no more.

Perfect for a 2 night stay. The basement room was cosy and had all the facilities I needed. Good location by the seafront and easy for buses up to town if you didn't fancy the walk up the hill. Easy access, no problems. Good value.

Bathroom was a little tired but adequate. I would imagine it will be very hot in the room in the summer months. Small things really. The tv had no signal at all. Didn't bother me but it may annoy others. I would stay again.

Loved the storage and that the most was made with the space. The location was great and the room was cosy with a nice few extras like the soap and juice/milk.

The reason for my scoring on the cleanliness was because of the bathroom. The sink had hairs and dust on and the toilet was quite dirty (it had stains and dust), to be honest it looked like it hadn't been cleaned.I don't like to complain, but I did have to clean them both over to feel comfortable enough to use. The room itself on the other hand was fine, no issues at all. We are not put off by the one issue of bathroom however felt it was important enough to be noted. Thankyou 🙂

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at EI8HT Brighton Guest House. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. My daughter particularly loved the cozy ambiance and the thoughtful amenities provided. The guest house's location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach . Despite being so close to all the action, the guest house itself was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, our stay at EI8HT Brighton Guest House exceeded our expectations in every way. Mark and Hazel's exceptional hospitality made our family vacation truly memorable. Nothing to dislike, everything was fantastic

We loved the flat, literally a 5 minute walk to the sea. Lots of shops and bars within the area but a nice quiet street. Very close to centre and was lovely to find somewhere we could take our dogs. Nice touch was breakfast , cereals , with milk and juice in the fridge. Also street parking is available to buy £15 per 24 hours,and we were lucky enough to get a space opposite.

The door to the flat stuck quite badly, I couldn't actually open it. Other than that , lovely and would stay again.

We were upgraded to a suite which had a kitchen and a sofa plus table and chairs. It was super clean. The bed was very comfy and there were nice touches like breakfast bars and a coffee machine plus teas and milk and juice in the fridge. The little terrace was lovely and would be great if you stayed in the summer.

The access could be tricky if you had mobility issues as it was down tight steps with a low overhang if you were tall. Other than that everything was great.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi and entered the property, we had a good vibe and felt as comfortable like home away from home. The size and layout of the property was superb with a lovely open plan kitchen /living room which was great for entertaining and very spacious and a beautiful bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and a little seating area and a lovely modern free standing bath and there were two bedrooms completely separate from each other which was very entertaining, but I won't spoil the suprise🤔..The host was also lovely and very knowledgeable.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property/host.
