My boyfriend had stayed for 3 nights and then decided to stay for another 2 but I wasn't sure how to do it so he didn't have to book again so I messaged the man and he sorted everything for him so he didn't have to check out then check back in. He even got to stay in the same room which was actually booked out. It was handled brilliantly and he loved his stay there and said he would definitely go back. The value for money was brilliant 210 quid for 5 nights ant beat it 👌 👍🏻 👏🏻

This was the cheapest accommodation I could find for a necessary overnight stay in Carlisle. As budget accommodation it fitted my needs. It is not a place for a romantic weekend….it doesn’t pretend to be. The manager/owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful…they facilitated me keeping my bicycle in the room. I had the breakfast and I enjoyed it.

The bed wasn’t great ( had a bit of a dip ). Sheets and cleanliness was fine though. It is an older property which needs a little attention, but fair play to the owners and staff, there is a degree of consciousness in their approach to the customers

It was easy to check in although I did have a bit of trouble unlocking the door until my son showed me the bed was comfy and the whyf was amazing I would stay again very v

The front door main was locked and I couldn't unlock it and I didn't want to close it when I went out for a fag the middle door was a bit confusing at first but I got the hang of it the same with the room key but after my son showed me it wasn't a problem only the door to the outside

We stayed for a festival good location honest information on web site! We had a night cap in the pub which was nice ! Thought room might be noisy but wasn't! When I got in to bed the first thing that hit me was the lovely fresh smell of the bedding! Comfortable bed we both slept well! Only thing shower was cold but enough to freshen up! Will definitely stay again

My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times and are never disappointed! The rooms are great, with plenty of options for different budgets! The hotel is situated in a great location and restaurants nearby. There is also a very nice bar in the hotel! The staff are always polite and attentive, and on the rare occcasion that things aren't quite right, you can guarantee that they will fix it!

The staff arranged balloons and birthday banners in the room as we were there to celebrate my sister in law’s 21st birthday. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags in the reception area before check in as we arrived early and allowed us to keep our bags there after check out time too so we could go shopping. The beds were comfortable.

The ceiling in the room was falling down in to places.looking like it was likely to drop in at any time.the slight switches didn't all work.its definitely an aged establishment and could do with a lot of t l c. The headboards weren't attached to the bed and the dirt behind the beds table.......

The bed was very comfy! Brilliant shower and quiet room i didnt hear a thing.

The flush on the toilet. Had to keep pouring kettle down to flush loo roll. I bought my own as they only provided tissue dispenser not actual loo roll

This was a good value place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to many of the places I wanted to go and there are many restaurants nearby. I forgot a device here when I left and the staff was very helpful in locating it and posting it to me overseas.

It was cheap and cheerful the staff were lovely the room was basic but fit for purpose bed was comfortable and it was close to the pubs (reason we visited) I think for the price you get what you pay for :) and I would stay again
