I had an accessible room and it was clean comfortable warm and stylish. It was a studio and had a small kitchen area. I didn't use this facility but it looked very well equipped. The bathroom was a wet room and very practical with nice toiletries provided. Warm towels. The bar area looked lovely.

It was quite a treck (for me) from the railway station. But only a ten minute walk to the precinct where I found the Brewdog and Counting house. I was disappointed the hotel bar (which looked fabulous) was closed when I got in (it was late) and no one to serve me and my visitor a drink. We were referred to a vending machine for awful tinned cocktails. They took a £50 payment from my debit card for charged items and haven't yet, after 2 days, refunded me. I'm going to have to chase this up, which could be avoided if the receptionist took the time to advise about the refund process and time scales. I'm always amazed how companies can take immediate payments yet can't administer an immediate refund.

Cannot rate this place highly enough , beautiful seating areas in reception warm and comfortable staff on reception friendly and welcoming . Bar area cosy and meals really tasty (we ate there twice during the week) very reasonable priced also and again staff really friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was a large buffet selection with additional vegan/vegetarian sausages if required (I didn't as there was enough there already). Suite was fantastic warm and cosy with a seating area and small kitchen area which had everything you need for cooking meals under counter fridge and freezer compartment. Large screen t.v and good WiFi connection shower room with neverending hot water and large fluffy towels . Definitely recommend this place to friends , lots to do in Dundee with museums , botanics , Broughty Ferry quick bus to St Andrews and plenty of buses to other places . Bus station a short walk down the hill from hotel and centre of town a 10 minute walk . A Marks and Spencer food shop also 5 minute walk away down the hill in retail park .

Staybridge Suites are serviced apartments attached to Hotel Indigo. The apartments are exceptionally clean, modern and well equipped, with a kitchen, seating area, bed and bathroom. The communal areas of the hotel are modern, very clean and beautifully decorated. The food in Daisy Taskers restaurant was amazing and the staff were fabulous. The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. The apartments are about a 10 minutes walk from the train station and the centre of Dundee.

Great hotel with incredibly spacious suites. We had a fantastic time and appreciated having a big room with privacy. Because of the great layout you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbors and can sleep really well. All facilities in the hotel are as described and the location, although not in the busiest part of the centre is only 15 mins walk max. You have to request cleaning on the weekend, which is perfect for us as we wanted to sleep in an not worry about leaving the room too late and miss housekeeping. Breakfast is great as well. It has a lot of options for different dietary needs. We really enjoyed the two nights we spent there and will be back for sure.

Only thing missing in the breakfast was a gluten free bread option - but that's me just being picky! Parking is a bit pricey, but they message you in advance about it and give you enough time to plan an alternative if you don't mind a short walk. We parked in the Olympia parking just 3 mins walk away.

How friendly the staff were and when I needed a taxi they provided one. The cleaners for cleaning the room whilst we were away done a great job. The shower 🫠 Nice bar selection of drinks Breakfast was good range of stuff to pick from

The beam on level 5 in my room few steps away from the bed banged my head a few times forgetting it’s there when not turning on the lights: someone could get hurt I would maybe suggest foam around the beam to prevent any accident's occurring No mats provided inside the shower , can get abit slippery pot noodle £3.50 🫠😅 There was no Scottish fry up bits gutted

Excellent hotel, amazing suites, central location, welcoming staff. Great bar area serving good food and not the usual unappetising stuff in run of the mill places. The suites are kitted out with everything you need, including a dishwasher. A lot of thought has gone into this hotel, making it appealing, warm and welcoming. Excellent sized suite with a sofa,breakfast bar, and kitchen, not a kitchenette. Well lit with great ambience which you can get with the lighting. You could actually stay here quite comfortably on a long term basis, it's that good. Don't miss out staying here.

The King Suite we hired was very good. Very clean. It was nice to have the bedroom separate from the lounge. The underfloor heating could be easily controlled. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove and cupboards. Cleaning things provided. The bathroom was large and choice of showers . Luxury shampoo , soap and body cream. Flat screen TV in bedroom and lounge. Use of the gym. The social night was a delight. The staff were friendly and efficient. It was quiet at night time. The public seating areas were spacious, with modern, tasteful and comfortable seating. Breakfast was very good with varied choices, and it was nice to have free hot beverages available 24/7 in breakfast lounge.

The mattress a little too firm for my comfort. The menu prices in the restaurant are over priced, do not include the sides such as potatoes, chips, (they are extra). However the food was very tasty. There is a considerable fee for overnight parking.

I don’t normally comment on purchases but this was incredibly good from start to finish. The suite which was the King with full kitchen was Fully equipped,very clean, spacious.with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was excellent good choice And great presentation. Staff were very good and very helpful. I could feel myself relaxing as soon as I walked into the very plush reception area. I was just a great experience overall.

It is not nearer to where I live.If it was I would use every opportunity to stay there again even for the odd night or two. On the Plus side I do have to go to Dundee every month at this moment in time so I will use that opportunity to get the odd night there to recharge before coming back home

Location is nice. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices. Staff is very helpful. Room are a good size and better than I was expecting. Toiletries are quality. Beautiful setting! Interesting building.

Pillows are just awful… personal choice I know…. I’m a side sleeper and they’re just solid pillows, there’s just no hugging them. Woke up both nights with back pain. First room was spotless. Second room 2 days later was sticky and not clean, so they moved us to another, which was cleaner but still sticky in some places… we were just so tired that we just didn’t touch the sticky places and stayed put.

The room was nice and spacious, with great lighting. The ceilings are exceptional amd a really nice touch. Me and my partner stay in hotels a lot due to having 5 our of teenager and early 20s aged kids still living at home, and it is the best bed and pillows and shower we have experienced in a hotel..honestly the best sleep ever. Was such a chilled night away. There was also a great selection at breakfast and cooked (just personal preference) to my liking.

Everything was great but there was a bit of a wait in a big queue checking in. Working in hotels myself for many years I understand how busy this time of year is with hotel check ins so do understand the wait but more reception staff or a self check in option would be beneficial. The staff were however apologetic and lovely when checking in.
