I liked the central location of the apartment as I reached all attractions in the city by feet. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby (2-5 minutes). The room was very clean and cozy. I would come back due to the great kitchen, bed, and location. Also, thanks for the tea, coffee, milk, and chocolate, and for borrowing the adapteur. :)

Hair drying was only possible in the living room. Unfortunately, the room was located near a noisy bus stop, so I had to wear ear plugs during night. Nevertheless, I would come back and book an apartment to the other side of the buildung (side: Richmond street), if possible.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a modern and efficient kitchen and a bathroom that was small but not too small. The property is also in an ideal location: just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Mile, in an area full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés. The staff were very kind and professional, and they helped us when we had a small issue with our two-year-old son. We also found a comfortable crib for him in the room. An impeccable accommodation, perfect for exploring the city on foot.

The only downside is that the room is a bit dark, as it faces an area with tall apartment buildings. So it’s not particularly bright. But this is a minor issue.

The staff at KM Apartments are just wonderful and very helpful. We had two rooms on our reservation. One of them was for four people a bit more expensive than the other that was only for two people. The four person room was noticeably nicer, not just larger but nicer. The bathroom in the four person room was of a high quality, and the space was lovely and easy to be in together. Both rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. Both rooms were quiet and we slept comfortably.

Our two person room was very small and the bathroom, though very clean and well-stocked, felt like. temporary bathroom.

This property is a home away from home. Very unique and fun to stay in with great amenities. Having access to a whole kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cooker and a fridge was great. Having separate little areas with the kitchen and living space downstairs and the bedroom on the top level made us feel like there was so much more space. The rooms have safes in them also which was good for keeping bits safe. Staff where attentive and friendly and went above and beyond when we raised a concern about our bed being dirty.

Sadly, when we arrived the bedding was covered in black pet hairs. With my partner being severely allergic to animals this was a bit of a concern initially. But how the hotel dealt with this was 10 out of 10 service!

Absolutely fantastic location; close to all the Old Town attractions, and a pleasant walk to Waverly Station and Prince’s St. Also close to the University of Edinburgh. I appreciated the option and cost effectiveness of cooking at the apartment, which I did most nights with my daughter who is a local student. There are laundry facilities onsite (accessible through an app) as well, which really made for a comfortable stay. The room itself was cozy, clean, super quiet and efficiently divided into 3 levels joined by steps, something to think about for anyone who might have mobility issues. All facilities modern and well appointed. There was also a charming city (street) view and window seat for watching outdoors. Truly a memorable stay; I would absolutely stay at KM again. the apartments flooring is made of wood and it just makes it difficult to walk around in hallways and in the room quietly. I know it’s an old building but if you’re a light sleeper, then you won’t appreciate the squeaking noises.

The staff was very friendly. House keeping staff was very efficient and kind. Location is very good. You can walk to almost all the major attractions

1. Operating the appliances was relatively complicated(i read the manual also) . I had to ultimately call the front desk for help. 2. The bed size was a bit too small for two. 3. Unfortunately the only view we got from the window was of the wall. 4. As on date, the main entrance to the hotel is closed and the alternate entrance requires a guided long walk. But the staff was kind enough to offer complementary wine to strengthen our patience levels

Everything was perfect. Stayed in one of the apartments and the kitchen had every amenity I could think of even coffee, tea, sugar and dishwasher tablets. Had hairdryer and iron which is something I'm not used to having in most of the places I stayed. The bed was comfortable, excellent location, friendly staff, big bus stop right around the corner, bakeries, supermarkets, fast food options right on the back of the building. Good breakfast. Was a bit noisy because the Lidl loading deck is right under the apartments but it was okay, we weren't bothered by it since it was earlier in the evening and we are used to big city noises.

Couldn't get the heater to work for a long time. When it gets to the desired temperature it stops working and has to be turned on again. Maybe this is how it should be, not very sure about it. Overall an amazing experience.

It was a good stay, location is great (easily walk-able distance from the main objects, restaurants and shops). Receptionists are nice and polite (also it is an advantage that reception is 24/7), studio for 2 was good to stay. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen equipped well. Cleaning was provided daily.

The window in the 1st floor of 2 floors studio was blinded, therefore it was a bit unexpected as in the picture window was showed transparent. and it made the studio a bit dark during the day, we had to use light all time. We asked to change the room, but were informed that hotel is fully booked and there are no such possibility. Our neighbors were students (as probably most of guests) and they were a bit loud during the late evenings.
