This was booked very last minute few hours before needed the property and through my own fault I didn’t see the part of needing to be atleast 26 to stay here however the staff replied extremely quick and managed to move me to a different property they felt would be appropriate for my friends and I. The apartment itself was lovely it was clean and looked really nice tbh better than we expected and Perfect for what we needed for the New Year’s Eve night.

The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and a well looked after property that was nicely decorated. Few little plants pots about the place and pictures on wall gave it a homely feel. Excellent communication with the hosts throughout. Very well priced for when we went and excellent value for money. It was very well equipped with microwave, toaster, plenty of wall sockets, large television and free WiFi. Neighbours were quiet and plenty of free parking outside.

The couches. One was too low and the other was too hard.

My family and I had a great experience staying in Alexander apartment in Newcastle. The location is very convenient to good restaurants and attractions. We were warmly greeted by the management, upon our arrival. the apartment fully met our needs for a quick two day trip. Thanks!

The staff were very very helpful and friendly. No trouble checking in, the house was just what we needed for the night.

The pictures on the ad, half of them were for a different house, but that's not any sort of problem.

Spotless when we arrived. Comfy beds and close enough to town centre without having to pay an arm and a leg. Staff are super responsive and helpful

Everything. Perfect for what we needed

The deposit scheme. Took ages to return plus having to chase them several time. I understand there was a bank holiday in between our visit and return. But how over 2 weeks was bit of a joke.
