I usually stay at Roomzzz for work which is in the City Centre - however, this was a last minute booking and Roomzzz was fully booked. The apartment was exactly how it looked on the pictures. Very easy to find and the check in process was seamless. The apartments were very clean.

Overall the property was great I’ve took 1 point of the rating due to just a couple of issues: Staying in Apartment 1 both bedrooms are right next to the back entrance of the property - the fire door which is used as an entrance is very loud when opening and shutting (this is used a lot throughout the night to with people coming and going) it led to very interrupted nights sleep. The bathroom also has a window which people pass going through the back entrance of property - whilst this window is frosted glass it has no blind over it - being on the ground floor for privacy it’d be better having a blind.

The property is only three minutes walk from Gateshead Metro station. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and the apartment was spacious and very clean. There was a microwave and oven as well as sufficient cutlery etc. The property is ideal for visiting Newcaslte and venturing into Hadrian's wall country. Gateshead Metro station is just one stop from Newcastle Central Station so no problems getting to property.

Nothing everything was fine.

Large rooms, managed to get one of the free parking spaces, great location for easy access in to Newcastle. Metro station is on same road as is a taxi rank. But we just walked in most of the time which is about 10 minutes to get to the Newcastle side of Quayside. Shower is excellent, always warm water and a strong jet.

Could be a bit better equipped with a few basics such as tea bags, coffee, salt and pepper, tissues, kitchen towel, kitchen cleaning products. Also there wasn't enough toilet roll however after calling them that was quickly resolved within 5 minutes as they sent some more rolls round.

Parking behind the property, walking distance to the city center, comfortable beds, nice shower, possibility to leave luggage in the apartment on the final day of our stay.

Cumbersome check-in (we were requested to pay deposit based on a sent link which was evaluated by our bank as suspicious and to send a copy of my passport via email which I deam very risky). Poorly equiped kitchen (only three sets of cutlery, only one small and thin pan, no cutting board,...). Plastic foil left at the kitchen cupboards looks weird.

It was very spacious, decent location, great to have free parking.

Even tho the place was clean I feel the bathroom needs a really good deep clean, grout was dirty and mould around bottom of shower. Just felt bathroom needs attention. Also the place could do with a touch up. Could do with a tea towel for drying pots too.

great apartment with good facilities. plenty of space and facilities for a night or longer stay. well thought out in terms of what someone would need. location perfect to city centre

shower water leaked into floor as it looks like it needs re sealing on the bottom but used towels to soak up any excess water. probably have more than one key for group staying or use a code to access all doors or key cards.

Perfect for our large group (spread across two apartments) Really appreciated the upgrade we received so we were all on the same floor- very thoughtful. Both were very clean, spacious and well equipped!

We had a bit of an issue with hot water in one apartment but the staff were so quick to respond and fix that it was no issue at all.

It’s very spacious! Loved how it’s right out side the metro and taxi rank. The facilities were great as well! My stay was a hen do so the iron definitely came in handy!!

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property. Just it may be worth touching up in a few areas but wear and tear is natural ☺️

A good base for the four of us so close to Newcastle on a lovely quiet road. The apartment was well equipped and communications with the property managers were very good.

Property itself fine. Groups obviously stay here and a few of the young lads were loud at times.

Friendly staff with clear communication all over email easy check in and check out. Catered to needs if/when needed. Quiet apartment with everything you need. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Clean and modern with plenty of space. Comfy stay, good value for money. Free parking.
