All the staff we talked to were lovely, had a problem using the Uber app, went back inside to ask for a taxi number and the lady at the desk rang up and booked it for us. We met Adam when we came back Saturday night, He is absolutely lovely and we spent an hour talking with him. We spent time talking to Amanda when we were checking out, she is lovely and wished us well on the rest of our day.

It was really conveniently located. When I arrived at 10:30pm the staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was even able to have a bath, which is a rarity in budget hotels these days - as was the hanging space for my clothes. Check out was just as easy and really friendly again by the morning crew. Very happy with the experience.

Building work still going on so a little noisy when I arrived. Hopefully this will finish soon. Location is a little isolated as it is on the edge of a industrial estate. However very handy for the link roads

Very friendly staff, clean and relaxed facilities, the gent that checked me in on the evening of Thursday the 11th of September was a gem, I had been going through a rough time and needed a place to stay for the night and he gave me a laugh I desperately needed at that time, couldn’t be more thankful for interaction and I will be back!

Amazing value for money. Adam on reception was so lovely and greeted us with warmth and was very friendly and helpful. Pub next door amazing value for money with lovely staff. Despite being next to road so quiet. Room large and clean. Very comfy bed. Had great night sleep. Would recommend. Definitely would stay again.

Staff were exceptional went over and above to make our stay memorable. Couldn’t do enough for us, really professional and great breakfast, really good valve for money. Next door to pub where the food was excellent, great value for money.

Staff really love my especially the lady on reception Friday night, clean hotel with everything you need.

You can't pay with cash it's card only. I only had cash so had to get my friend to come in and pay on his card.

Bedroom excellent with all the facilities expected.

Bathroom could do with updating and needs a net curtain over the window on the ground floor as no privacy from the outside entrance when curtains are open in the daytime.

It was in a great location just off the main road ,and ample parking, just what you need and want Rooms were large and the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful
