Receptionist was lovely had problem with swab for door she sorted that straight away and was very lovely and polite. The room was clean and tidy and housekeeping had been in whilst I was out also refreshed everything and refreshments was there also for us to enjoy a cuppa etc for when we arrived

I loved everything about the hotel and staff if there was anything I would have to write would just be that the toilet roll holder was falling from the wall, and the kettle needed to be cleaned out due too limescale however little tip for you when you have a new kettle or you sort limescale out a glass marble yes it sounds mad but trust me will be your best friend marble ball in a kettle stops any limescale build up it's a great tip I do this at home thank you for a lovely welcoming stay

Room was a decent size for a one right stay, bathroom was quite small but again not an issue as we were there for one night. The room and bathroom was clean and bed was small but comfy. Staff were very helpful and were so nice, brilliant service.

Parking was limited. Only two small spaces available but a good choice for short stays. make sure to book in advance though as the space is limited but staff were really helpful with this also. Room was quite warm but had a small desk fan in the room.

Allowed me and my son to check in early as our room was ready, housekeeping re made our beds daily and supplied loo rolls and fresh towels. Brilliant location for excellent value. Despite reservations due to others reviews I was left really happy with the accommodation over all. All the staff were friendly and bedding including duvets and pillows all looked to be new.

It's not that I didn't like it but to let others no, yes it's tired, old furniture and not spotlessly clean but for where it is and the price it's more than fair.

What a lovely experience. One of the better I've had in London hotels. Staff are all bety pleasant, helpful and quick to respond and help even before arrival. Their breakfast is more than worth the money, too. Thank you so much for a lovely pleasant stay. We will certainly book again should we be this way in future and recommend to others.

Some parts of the room were broken and a plug socket not in a safe place for the kettle in the room, but very minor issues. You can see they are making improvements to the hotel and they wouldn't put me off returning. I'd like to have an extra handrail on the stairs to top rooms however as steps very tight and steep. Again wouldn't put me off returning, however. Was a little dissapointed there was mo frige/balcony as advertised but the rooms are very spacious and comfy.

Good location, clean room, coffee, tea, and toiletries provided, hot shower and room was warm. The guy at the reception desk was very nice and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated, overall good stay for our needs.

Lovely location. Nice restaurants and bars close by. Very pretty and quiet area.

It was ok - quite basic but clean. Didn’t use the shower: some tiny insects came up from below the shower so I shut the shower door to confine them. Room was pretty hot on arrival and we couldn’t open the window but the fan and the sunset solved the problem. We reported a cracked/ broken electric socket as we left.

Initially we were given the room in a basement. However once we entered, lights were not working and it was smelly. So we told this to the staff and immediately our room was changed to no. 26. First floor, windows to the entrance/main street. - Location - Helpful staff - Some water and fruit snacks every time the room was cleaned - Room cleaned daily without prior notice - Iron, Hair dryer, Good room temperature - Decent price to value ratio

- Room needs to be deep-cleaned. Shower, carpet used and worn etc... - Towels were not very clean, so we had to change them multiple times. - Very small bathroom for a taller person. Im 6'. - Lots of dust on the old tv, in the wardrobe.

Lovely staff, clean & tidy with a lovely girl who made our room up every day & always with a smile.

Great Everything. I saw reviews and thought it would not be well but they they told me it was after of different owners and that they are now working hard on changing everything. So nice and well.

Room was very clean. Comfy twin beds and each day was cleaned. Location is excellent for tube connections and busses. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff friendly.

Shower a bit small.
