Lovely location, and the staff was very kind and friendly. Raj offered us a free upgrade to the penthouse, which was a nice surprise on our trip! Totally recommend it!

Good location, comfortable property, convenient for bus and shops

The lifts were erratic - most days only one lift was in use and another day I had to walk down 5 flights of stairs whilst still recovering from a hip replacement, which made me too tired to enjoy the day I had planned There were no complementary tea/coffee etc, which have been provided in all other places I've stayed, which meant that I had to go shopping when I arrived - if I'd known, I would have brought some provisions from home.

Super comfy bed in a smallish room with a table and two chairs ideal for dining and/or working. power-points are numerous and sensibly located, both for working and for overnight charging etc. Numerous windows could be opened, but had no way to secure them in the open postion, and so most could NOT be opened safely, The kitchen was well appointed with a kettle, toaster, two induction hobs, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. There was ample crockery/cutlery/glassware. The bathroom was very compact, but large enough that it did not present a serious problem. The shower had a good flow-rate and it was easy to control the temperature accurately. There was a heated towel-rail set to 70 degrees C, but I could not identify how to switch this off. Located on the eighth floor (there are multiple lifts) but on the street-side of the building the room was generally quiet, but there was some disturbance from emergency vehicle sirens and from a nearby demolition site from 07:30 a.m. The property is about 500m from South Kensington tube station (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the building and a 24-hour convenience store/petrol station on one corner of the building.

There was no hook to hang a bathrobe on the bathroom door. the plug in the hand basin in the bathroom and the plug in the sink in the kitchen area did not make a good seal making it necessary to leave the water running. The distance from the wardrobes (closets) to the bed meant that the wardrobe doors could only be opened to 45 degrees, which made hanging clothes more difficult.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean and just as pictured, with modern furnishings and plenty of space for our family of five (3 adults and 2 children). The tasteful décor and extra pillows and bedding were a nice touch. The heating and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the couch in the living room converted easily into a bed, which was convenient for us. Check-in was smooth, even though we booked at the last minute because of a late cancellation of our other booking by the host. The location is fantastic—close to restaurants, shops, and just a 6-minute walk to the South Kensington tube station. Cafés like Starbucks and Pret are also nearby, as are M&S, Boots, Tesco, and other stores and restaurants. This was the penthouse suite on the 10th floor but the elevator only goes to the 9th with another floor of stairs up to the suite. There were also a few steps to climb on the ground floor to get to the elevator so you may want to keep this in mind if stairs are a concern for a member of your party, and if you have a lot of luggage. That said, it was worth it and, of course, you only need to think about luggage twice.   The only minor downside was that the unit shows a few signs of water damage, and the paint in the bedroom and bathroom was visibly peeling and could use a refresh, but none of that took away from our experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location. And the staff were lovely, especially Sidiq on the front desk. Supermarket, pharmacy, and nail salon next door. Walking distance to South Kensington station, King's Road, Knightsbridge. Very safe area. The flat was cleaned a few times during the week we were there, but they won't change your towels unless you pay extra.

We were initially given a very old, dark, and dingy flat. It was so depressing. When we complained, we were moved to a renovated, bright, and modern flat the next day, which was great. One of the lifts was not working for our entire stay. Based on the reviews, it seems this has been the case since June. In such a big building, I would have thought they would repair the lift faster. It is ridiculous that they are not providing free WiFi. It should be incorporated into the price.

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!

I stayed at Chelsea Cloisters Serviced Apartments in London a few weeks ago, and I was really impressed. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the South Kensington tube station, and the area is great, really close to the city center and well-connected. The room was excellent: it had a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and lots of natural light, which was a big plus. The thoughtful details, like having a washing machine, a kettle, a drying rack, an iron, a hairdryer, a fridge, and a TV, made it feel like a home away from home. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a huge help. Plus, there’s a supermarket just around the corner, which was super convenient. And I had no issues at all with the elevators... everything worked smoothly during my stay!! All in all, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London. I’ll definitely consider staying here again!

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the room cleaning schedule. They cleaned the room every two days, and it would’ve been nice to know that in advance. But honestly, it’s a small thing in the grand scheme of things.

The apartament is very spacious, the living room is very comfy with 2 sofas and plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, there are dishwasher and washing machine available, with the respective soaps. The rooms have good closets to place everything accordingly. The toilet is separated from the shower, it is in another room, which is good, but none of them is a complete bathroom, so you need to keep popping from one to another. There is a lift to reach the 4th floor, but the hallway to reach the apartment if outdoors, so you should consider that in case it is raining. Luckly we only had sunny days, but I know London is not always like that.

Although there is a lift, it was not working for half of the week we were there, so it was very annoying, because it was very tiresome to get up and down stairs everytime. It was VERY HOT in London at that time, and there is no air conditioning at the property, so please be aware of that. They offered us a fan, which helped, but only one for 2 rooms was not enough.. At night there was a cool air current coming through the windows, but during the day it was terrible. Not the hosts fault though. It was my fault booking a property with no air con in London during summer.

Great self contained unit with very comfortable bed.

No WiFi. For the price of the accommodation, having no WiFi was disappointing. This is the first place i have stayed where wifi is not provided, after staying at 6 different countries. Also, aircon is advertised but there is only a fan.

Wide apartment, big and comfy beds (including the sofa bed), stylish. Many amenities, including a portable iron board, a rack for hanging the laundry and an iron, though without distilled water to use.

The washing machine/dryer wasn't working properly, and we got our clothes all damp and with black stains. We had to use the two ventilators available to dry the laundry. There weren't enough cutlery or dishes for three people. You are advised they only change towels every 6 days, so you need to use them rationally.
