Location: Perfect. Close to Waterloo train station and bus stations which makes the commuting too easy. Room: Perfect. - Size of the room was great even for two people (I was traveling alone). - Bathroom was good. I was on the 8th floor and water pressure was great. - Bed was comfy. - Great view of London eye and the city.

I was not satisfied with breakfast. Most of the time the breakfast were cold (eggs, mushrooms, and other hot breakfast options). Once, I saw a hair in my fruits. The restaurant of the hotel did not have good food either. I tried pasta there and it was not satisfactory.

The staff check in quickly The service and breakfast were excellent and the room was well cleaned.

One of the mattresses in the twin room was badly deformed and my wife could not sleep. It is recommended to check the equipment every time the room is cleaned, and replace the equipment that may affect the guest experience in time.

The breakfast offered was great, truly delicious food. Good coffee. We stayed in a twin room and the beds were unexpectedly spacious. The location is extremely convenient, 20 minute walk to the Palace of Westminster, close to the Waterloo station so easy to get to other landmarks and places of interest.

We left our wool-based coats hanging in the rooms closet and, after a while that evening, noticed that a family of 6 or 7 moths started residing in/on them. Luckily, we noticed them early and were able to rescue our precious garments, yet they were definitely under threat for a minute! (suspect the moths might have come from the hotel-provided hairdryer bag, since there we haven’t kept anything else in the closet). Some minor water stain-age peeking out from under the bed, nothing major though.

The hotel was really well located and only a few minutes walk away from Waterloo station. The facilities were good and just what we needed. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection so it was perfect to fill us up before the day ahead!

Two out of the three lifts were broken during our stay. This caused a lot of queueing/waiting to use the one and only lift that worked. It was pretty exhausting climbing up 6 flights of stairs to reach our room having completed >20k steps that day. The other downside was the air con. We couldn’t get it colder than 19 degrees and unable to open the bedroom window to get air in to the room so the room did feel stuffy at times. The room decor was also a little dated but not a major concern.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the city center and plenty of attractions. There are two subway stations within 10 minutes of walking, which makes it easy to reach without a car and to get to other areas in London. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of stuff to chose from. The hot dishes are mainly UK-focused (scrambled eggs, sausages, beans), and there are two waffle makers. The room was decent, with a large bathroom and good WiFi.

The bathroom didn't have a fan, so it got extremely humid after a hot shower, with all the surfaces covered in water. It took at least 10 minutes for the steam to be evacuated through the ventilation hole in the ceiling.

the hotel met our expectations, the room (even for three) was ok for London standards. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. Staff was very friendly.

location is good: there is a bus stop very nearby and Waterloo station is also close. However, there is an ambulance service right across the street so expect some sirens, also during the night.

The attention to the children , every staff member said hello to them. Made their mornings, afternoons, evening just special. Always giving them treats, stickers and just general kindness. Which can be rare to parents. Kids get loud, disruptive, excited just general happiness which can be sometimes conscious of been a parent for others visitor. I found these guys / hotel extremely family friendly . They couldn't do enough for me and the children. Goes a long way. Travelling can be tough with kids to keep the pasona going.

Only thing was lack of sinks working in the main toilet area downstairs.

There was enough variety at the breakfast-buffet. Make sure to not arrive too late, around 7:00-7:30am was a good time as it wasnt as crowded. The room was big enough and had everything in it as advertised. It also comes with an AC-unit which is central-controlled at 22°C, make sure to pack a pyjama as it gets chill at night, otherwise its a comfy temperature for sleeping.

The mattress of the bed was pretty worn down, on some parts you could feel the springs coming through. You could hear it squeak when moving in it. But it was still comfortable enough for it to not be a huge problem.

Located near transport, both buses and tube. Staff were lovely, l mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday and they left her a, balloons, 2 bottles of water and a muffin, l thought ir was very kind of them. Thank you.

I didn't like that there was no variety to the breakfast, no option of fried egg or an omelette, but l like the fact that calorie content of all breakfast items was outlined next to it.

Location was perfect.Nice Hotel very clean and our room was big and had a city view but was very quiet just what we wanted. Some of the staff were excellent.

Some of the staff were unpleasant.I returned our empty glasses to the bar counter as a sign courtesy and although the bartender saw me he never said a word totally ignored me not a thank you and the same thing happened later on when my wife did the same. The breakfast was average, the sausages and the parmentier potatoes were overcooked and lukewarm although the bacon and scrambled eggs were very good.
