I’ve stayed here many times, and what keeps me coming back is the great location and the familiar, welcoming feeling. The design is lovely — stylish yet comfortable — and the convenience of the area is hard to beat.

One thing I really struggle with — and have mentioned before — is being placed in an underground room. I feel this should be clearly stated at the time of booking. These rooms could be priced accordingly, with guests given the option to upgrade to a higher floor if they prefer more natural light and a less enclosed feel. It’s all about setting clear expectations and giving guests a fair choice. I also noticed that the receptionist, while absolutely fantastic and doing her best, seemed really stressed and overwhelmed. She was professional and helpful throughout, but it’s not nice as a guest to see someone under that much pressure. It gave the sense that the team may be stretched too thin, which affects the overall atmosphere of the stay.

The rooms are quite small and fail to justify the steep price. Despite confirming the checkout time over the phone the evening before, we were still locked out of our room early. Although the reception team reactivated our card, they did not apologize for the inconvenience.

Good location, great selection of consumables and products in room. Excellent bespoke furniture, vinyl player was a nice touch. Interesting paintings. Clean and friendly staff.

View was looking into someone's house so had to have the curtains closed all the time. Room was quite cold. Dont know if the heating was broken during visit. Alittle pricey for the room.

The tube station is right next to the hotel, which is perfect, also with luggage (Notting Hill station). Breakfast is a la carte, we loved it ! The rooms are very nice and there`s a bottle of water complimentary:)

the only issue are the windows, there`s a draft coming from the windows, of course they are tradidional windows, which suit the house perfectly, but I guess in the winter, this could be a bigger issue, no problem in spring, summer and autumn.......

The Location of the hotel was central for what I had planned in doing. To attend the Notting Hill Carnival the area was very safe and the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and supportive and provided excellent customer service. Service with smile .

I love the art decor in all the areas/bedrooms the background music and the marshall Bluetooth provides attention to detail with some personal touch. The room was well-presentable. The toiletries are amazing, plenty of good quality shampoo, shower gel body lotion and very soft and luxurious towels. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay 1000% Special Thank you to all the staff for the above and beyond to enable our stay a very pleasurable occasion. Oliver, you are great you served us breakfast and chatted with us and my Island girl from St Lucia was glad to meet the next Islander (sorry I forgot your name)Great job to you all , you created a good atmosphere and good attitude.

Great location next to Hyde park and Kensington palace. Notting Hill is stunning and great architecture all around. Tube station is literally outside. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing especially the eggs!

I thinks what your paying for is the location. The rooms are small furthermore considering it’s a 5 star hotel we were expecting kettle, iron and ironing board, we had to ask for these. Also I was disappointed about the minibar which wasn’t complimentary, maybe I’m used to other hotels which I’ve booked where minibar is complimentary. However this aside it was a comfortable 2 night stay and as I booked predominantly for work reasons it did the job.

Excellent boutique hotel no more than 50 meters from Notting Hill Station. The surrounding area is one of my favourites in London. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Holland Park Road is really great for morning runs or walks. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely.

Service in the restaurant can be a little slow at times, but for the most part the food is good and pricing is reasonable.

It’s a beautiful property and I liked the common spaces, that they serve breakfast and lunch. The room was roomy and comfortable

Everything was great, the carpet itself was a little more business office inspired but aside from that the laslett did a great job welcoming us and we were very comfortable during our trip .

What was very nice, that not only was a crib provider for our daughter but also a little present and her own vanity kit with kids friendly washing products. That was super nice. We love the location "Notting Hill" and "Kensington", therefore the hotel is set perfectly. We will definitely consider it next time we come to London. Reception staff is kind, patient and helpful. Further, big fan of the hotel´s design overall.

two things I would like to mention - the breakfast is slightly overpriced. Good but overpriced, even for London. Secondly, the service in the restaurant needs improvement. As someone who finished an apprenticeship in Hospitality Service, plus a degree in hospitality management I do not that working as waiter is a tough job. But waiting 20 minutes to get the menus when there is only 3 tables, and to forget the one drink order (a bottle of still water), sorry that is not professional and just laziness. I would definitely book another stay in the hotel but not have breakfast or any other meal again.

I love the people who work there they are so genuinely friendly and warm .. it feels like a home .. but a super nice , very efficient , immaculate one so it’s a nice home from home for me . I like the food which is light and healthy . I love the restaurant and bar where you can work and eat

There is nothing I don’t like about this property . I think they have got everything right .
