Excellent location - near Notting Hill Gate tube station so easy access to Central London and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, Portobello road market, Kensington Gardens. Room was comfortable and quiet - great having tea and coffee available 24/7 and a refrigerator in the room as I was there for an extended stay.

A couple of things could be imporived - Housekeeping timing... it was very early compared to other places I've stayed - often around 9.00am when I was still getting ready for the day. Would be helpful if it was later - preferably when I'd left... e.g. midday on; Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, however, the cooked food was often cold.

Vincent House is a rare find. It is close to a tube station so you can easily travel around the city. It is clean and comfortable and feels very homely. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and being able to store our bags there a couple of hours before check-in was great. There was also a good breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee in the downstairs lounge.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I had stayed there before on an extended study trip more than 30 years ago and remembered it fondly. So was delighted to revisit and find it had been updated somewhat but still charming and homey. The breakfast buffet is very generous. And the dinners offer good value especially compared to restaurant prices. Staff are very attentive and charming and helpful. The common rooms and bar allow you to mix with fellow travellers and make new friends. So handy to the tube, and the gardens across the street are beautiful.

The rooms are very comfortable, and may not be up to everyone's standard, but have ample space and furnishings/ cupboard space for an extended study term or holiday. I like them, and they feel like a residence, not an impersonal cookie cutter hotel room.

Lovely warm and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and informative. We were very impressed with the spacious bedrooms. We asked for twin beds and were given what can only be described as an apartment with two separate bedrooms. There was so much storage room and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of food. Even the restaurant staff passed the time of day and engaged in conversation with us. We felt like valued customers. Whilst the bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities, there is also a separate kitchen just off the reception area where you can make tea, coffee, hot chocolate. There is also a drinking water machine. You can take your brew into the comfortable lounge which has plenty of seating area or go into the well maintained gardens. There is also a work area (desk, chair, power sockets) in the lounge for those that have a need to work and a snooker table which is well maintained for those looking to relax. The hotel was well situated for bars and restaurants and is near Nottinghill Station. Portobello Road Market is minutes away from the hotel and well worth a visit.

Nothing, everything was absolutely great.

It was so clean, and the very small room advertised wasn’t small at all compared to most small London rooms. We had a balcony and the breakfast was top notch. The location is perfect, a minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate (Central Line) and super close to the shops/ pubs/restaurants. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and the staff did not disappoint. I really appreciated that they held onto my luggage whilst we explored London for a bit longer.

There was an issue with one of the shower doors. There hasn't been any issues previously. We let them know at the front desk and they said that they would get someone to sort it out.
