The location is excellent, Notting Hill and cosy London neighborhood you cannot overrate. Close to underground and lots of busses around. The welcoming staff, little details they remember of makes your stay special.

I cannot say I didn’t like, but the facility itself is a bit special - it’s like visiting your old auntie - it has a lot of charm, but it very old British style with strong colors, lots of flowers and patterns. Maybe it could require a bit of update, but who cares. Some people try to design that way, here is all so natural. And Elzbieta is a gem - caring, helping always smiling.

Excellent location, next to Porobello market area, so many great local shops, pubs and restaurants and less than 10 minutes to the Underground at Notting Hill Gate. An elegant and eclectically decorated house. A tea cart with a lovely breakfast in your own room each morning, mini fridge in room and access to a microwave in the kitchen downstairs. Wonderful, friendly and helpful people on site.

There are stairs to navigate to most of the rooms and to the front entrance A bit more storage space in the room would be useful

We stayed in a family room that could fit 2 adults + 2 kids. It was hard to find a place to fit all of us together, so this was a great find! It was homey: the rooms are very sweet and you eat (free) breakfast in the room which was a lovely way to start each day. The location is super - walking distance to Portobello Road, the tube, and lots of restaurants. The staff were helpful. Overall we truly enjoyed it.

We moved rooms once during our stay (long story, this had nothing to do with the quality of rooms). I enjoyed the one upstairs more than the ground floor room - it just felt more airy and light.

Charming stay in homely and eclectic B&B. Really good value for money. Great location for Notting Hill, Portobello Road and just a few minutes walk to the Central Line. Reasonably priced car parking available on site. Room was large. The main bed was massive and also had a single and a sofa bed. Everyone at the property was really lovely. The breakfast choice was extensive and we had ours in the kitchen rather than served to our room, so that was fun. Will happily return :-)

There were a couple of things that could do with fixing in the bathroom.

The location is amazing, just around the corner from Portobello Road and walking distance from Kensington Gardens. The staff was lovely and check-in was easy. The house is old and has a few minor things that need fixing, but it's all part of the charm. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the pink room and the traffic from the street outside was very loud, although it gets quieter during the night. Breakfast was ok – a lot of food but nothing particularly nice. There are lots of cute cafés in the area that are probably a better option.

We stayed in the family room, which included a double and bunk beds. My boys are now teenagers, and it is so nice when a room offers them the option of not sharing a bed. The place is a bit quirky, but it is roomy and friendly and AMAZING value especially for the location. The breakfast is plentiful, but selfishly I would have rathered a nicer yogurt and banana as a fruit option. That said, all of that is personal preference. There was no reason to go hungry with what was on offer. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. Not a cooked breakfast, but so much choice, delivered on a trolley. Lovely bread and croissants, cheeses, conserves, fruits and cereals. Also, there was teas and coffee facilities in the room. The location was perfect. A very short walk from the underground, right in the hub of Notting Hill, but down a quiet side road of lovely town houses. The best of both worlds.
