I liked the location, the coziness and calmness of the hotel, their efficiency in bringing what we need, the decoration of the rooms and the comfy beds, the clean rooms, the big fridge and sink, the water flow of the shower and molten brown shower gel.

The house keeping daily cleaning did not clean the carpets well and some times the tidiness of the rooms were not good at all. Also, It was written in the room facilities that there is a kitchenette, but unfortunately when I arrived there there isn’t any, and when I asked about it they said it was removed since a while! .. but with out further notice to me before I come! although I contacted the property many times..at least I should be informed about the removal of the kitcheneete! Thanks.

1. Few minutes walk to Lancaster Station (in front of Hyde Park) 2. Very quiet in the night. No siren or traffic sounds.

1. Water flow in the bathroom is so weak. It takes long to take a shower. 2. No king-size beds, and the pillows are small and not so comfortable.

The location is great. Located in a quiet street very close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Most attractions are a few stops away. Not many eateries around but the Flavours of India nearby was excellent. Staffs were quite helpful and always ready to assist.

The bed is too soft and the bedsheet seems dusty. The desk and chair also seemed dusty. It felt like the room has been vacant and they didn’t clean the room again before I check in.

As a frequent lone traveler between London via Heathrow I'm always on the lookout for hotels close to Paddington. The Westbourne is a brilliant find. This was my third stay and the rooms have been consistently comfy, peaceful and spotlessly clean with comfy beds and great showers. A big plus are the kitchenettes -- (a godsend during the Winter months/bad weather when I spend a lot of time working from the room). Fantastic location -- 10 min stroll to Hyde park, and one stop to Bond Street via the Elizabeth Line (Paddington). On this occasion the excellent staff went above and beyond to help me out when the hotel was sold out and I needed to extend my stay. Full marks to the hotel manager Kieran and team!

Loved the location! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, shower was awesome, very quiet neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

Only downside was the air conditioning dripped in one of the two rooms we had. A gentleman came up immediately to take a look and stopped it from leaking for the night so really appreciated that quick service. Our second room had no issues with the air conditioning at all - worked like a dream in that room. One note: the one bedroom rooms don’t have a door between the bedroom and the common room with the foldout bed. Not an issue for us but if you want a door for privacy, it’s something to note.

I turned up at the hotel & the entrance & reception area was presented beautifully with flowers & a fresh smell to the hotel, I checked in, which only took a few minutes, the receptionist was great & very helpful, I got to my room which was presented beautifully & was really surprised, it had desk so I could work, with a large TV above the desk which was right at the bottom of the bed, so all postioned really well, then there was a little kitchenette to the right with tea & coffee, a fridge, microwave & sink which was perfect if you wanted to go & buy some food to heat up in your room, or store something within the fridge, bathroom was a good size with a shower, sink & toilet. The shower in the morning was perfect, large shower head above & powerful water pressure was the perfect wake up ready for work, great hotel & would definitely stay here again

Not really a criticism, but you could hear the person above walking around their room at 5.30am which woke me up, but they was the only thing

Great location

I wish there would be a restaurant for breakfast, but the same time there plenty coffee shops available in the area.

Location was excellent on a relatively quiet street but close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations. Neighborhood felt very safe. The rooms were fairly modern, at least by London standards. I would consider this good value for the money, even though nothing is cheap at this sort of location in London. You won't be disappointed by this hotel, but keep in mind there is no option for breakfast if that's important for you.

Even though the room was larger than most in this price range and location, the floor plan (sort of two rooms separated by a wall) left very little room to open luggage etc. Knocking down the unnecessary wall between the sleeping and kitchen areas would make it much more practical. In the grand scheme of things this was a very minor inconvenience though.

Such quiet place in this location came in as a positive shock - just a block away from Hyde Park, yet very peacful and quiet street. 2 minutes walk to the nearest Underground station, close to vibrat Notting Hill, Marble Arch/Oxford Street, Paddington station. The hotel does not have own restaurant, but the kitchenette was relatively equipped and grocery shops not far away - so we made our own breakfast (at our own time) and ate outside during the day/evening. Staff was very friendly, room very clean for London standards. Overall, excellent choice and we are likely to come back.

No complaints.

The room was spacious, unexpected for London. We had a small kitchen too, we didn't use it, but could be a great value for people who are on budget. Location is also very good, being in a good neighborhood and 100 meters away to Hyde Park.

During the stay staff was polite and ready to help you ...up to check out. Being in a business trip all expenses were covered by my company. At check out I requested the staff to stamp my company travel's paper. This is something requested by the fiscal authorities from my country to deduct the expenses. I was refused by hotel staff based on the fact that the paper wasn't in English. They could use a translation application if they want to understand the meaning of that paper, but they purely rejected my request.
